Super excited that this was added to the area! They had a great set up, very open area. The place was very clean! The burger was made amazing as usual. The employees could've had a better approach. They were not the friendliest. The worker that announced the orders was practically whispering the order numbers. They seemed to be irritated by having to make orders. And as you can see from the image there was barely any customers there for they to seem so overwhelmed.

I love 5-guys. That being said this place makes me desperately consider fasting. Or veganism. Or maybe both. I know it's just fast food. And I know it's hard as a fast food worker to pretend to give a damn about your job. Lucky for these guys, they don't have to worry about that. They couldn't care less if they tried. Barely acknowledged when I walked in. Gave me my order (ordered online) and had to be reminded that there was a milkshake with it...and then get home and found they'd forgotten half my order. Should I have checked? Yes. Should they have apologized instead of chuckling and saying "my bad" when I had to drive across town to fetch the rest of my order. Food was cold by the time I had to eat. Next time I'll just go back to ataffoed marketplace.

Disappointed in service ordered ahead because I had limited time , french fries only item, was told by their app order would take three minutes. I live 10 minutes away upon arrival the app said oder ready proceed to pick up. Go to pick up order not ready have to wait for fries. I forfeited the money and just left.

Disappointed with service received. What's the point of ordering ahead of arrival of they don't start on your order until you arrive at the location? I was trying my best to minimize exposure to others in the indoor eating area because I'm immuno-compromised. Five Guys dropped the ball in that effort. Bring back curbside!

Brand new Five Guys located at the Publics shopping center on Mine and Courthouse Roads.Good location and same good food. Parking lot is a little bit of a pain but the shopping area is still under construction, so hopefully it will get better.Had the Little Cheeseburger, a Little Bacon Cheeseburger, a Grilled Cheese, a Regular Fry, and some shakes. Fed 3 people easily. Love the over fill of fries, we usually share the Little Fry between 2 of us and the Regular Fry between 3. Everything was tasty.
