Fusion Caribbean & American Grill

I’m from NC but this was a meeting location for me & my daughter’s dad this past weekend. I ordered take out as I waited on his arrival. I ordered the tilapia with rice and beans. Everything was absolutely delicious. The tilapia was crisp & seasoned to perfection. I’ve never had limes squeezed on my fish (I’m usually a hot sauce & vinegar girlie) but the limes were a nice twist. I can’t wait until I’m able to visit again to try something else on the menu! (I thought I had a before picture 😅)

The food here is ridiculously flavorful. Awesome value for money. Got more than I expected and ate every bit. Can't wait to come back here.

Simple Restaurant. Delicious Food, although a little pricey for most things. Great Value on the Chicken Wings, 8 for 8.99.

The food was very good, as well as the attention of the girl, my rating is unfortunately due to the way it ended since we decided to leave a tip of $5 dollars which was very poorly received by the girl who, despite her good service ruined it in the end since she didn't even want to accept them even though we told her that her tip was $5 dollars, her attitude changed radically which seems disrespectful to me, since she doesn't know if it's really an effort to leave tip, personally I always, really always leave a tip and generally good tips, my account was $90 and that day in particular I was not very well economically speaking to leave a better tip and more than anything that's why I made the decision to raise awareness that Sometimes you can and sometimes you can't, however I don't want to harm her and I emphasize that her attention was good in the process, I just don't think I'll come back 👍

Stopped by this little gem by chance on our way back from family vacation. It is the best choice we've made today. The food is excellent. Every bit of it. It must be impossible to get bad food here. Our family of six all ordered different dishes and they were all excellent. Our server is courteous and polite with a delightful disposition. Couldn't ask for more.
Definitely recommend. 10/10 stars. Do yourself a favor and come eat at this local establishment. You won't regret it.

Road trip. I walked in with my one year old young son and I had some trash with me (wet diapers from traveling). I asked for the trash can, whoever was behind the desk here had me and the baby walk OUTSIDE to a dumpster in 90+ degrees to take it there. I’ve never seen such lack of customer service ever. I would not patron here.

I don’t usually leave reviews but im in no rush to go anywhere but home. I’m not from the area, I just got done with the gym and wanted to treat myself. Server was attentive and nice. I ordered Bandeja paisa & empanada, these are my typical go to whenever it’s on the menu. I’m very familiar and know this dish by heart. I’m disappointed because I was the ONLY PERSON inside…my food came out and the sweet plantains were soggy and mushed up, my egg was overcooked, my pork was not crispy and was super greasy, EVERYTHING was super greasy. They could’ve at least pad it out, suck the oil out with some paper towel….like what are you rushing for? It’s only me in here @ 5pm. I asked for tostones in exchange for the sweet plantains… I didn’t even eat it because it was again, GREASY & NOT crispy. I make tostones and these weren’t it. It had potential but the kitchen definitely slacked on my plate. Yes I ate because I was starving after the gym but I was pissed cause I hate spending money on food that isn’t it, esp $35 for the meal. This is such a common plate like how you mess that up. Wouldn’t come back.

The Salmon had literally zero seasoning and a few slivers of onion and pile of rice and beans… last $25 they get off me. Straight trash

Really a caribean gem in Stafford. Food was amazing and service was smooth definitively I will come back . I ordered Camarones al Ajillo and my wife ordered Bandeja Paisa portions., presentation and flavor were outstanding. Great job. Would have liked to take some pictures but I will next time

I have to say that this place is a Gem hidden where not many can find it. I was on vacation in Virginia and my daughter took me here for Dinner and it was excellent. The food was delicious, the place was clean and very nice. The service was great, I only wish I lived closer so I can come more often. The only thing is that I notice that the place did not have allot of Customers, which I think they definetely should there food was great. I can say I cook almost every day and do not like just any Spanish food place because that is my specialty but this place was mmm amazing. Thank you!

Kid-friendliness: They were very kid friendly however I have a suggestion, you should have more options for kids. I went with my 10 year old and she does not like the chicken nuggets and fries. She love grown food and we had to share a Churrasco so that is probably something to consider for the young not to young ones. :) But no complaints at all.
