Not only is the food super tasty - the service is incredible. Co-workers and I eat there - we call in our order ahead of time. Sam always takes great care of us and goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we need and more. Highly recommend!

I went around 7:30pm mid-week. Nobody in line, one person waiting, two people dining in, and one person came to pickup online order; pretty dead. And yet it took 20 minutes to get my order. You'd think with that wait, food would come out piping hot, but my fries were lukewarm, and just OK. Chicken sandwich was also just OK; bigger breast than you get other places, and medium spicy is hotter than others; I guess it's worth the price on size. Though they weren't busy, the drink station hadn't been restocked with cup lids so I had to ask. Poor acoustic experience; door was open to the loud fan noise from the inflatable mascot placed just outside the door for reasons unknown, top 40 music playing loud enough to hear it with the fan, and lots of hard surfaces so no sound dampening. Between the noise and the boring decor, I wouldn't dine-in here. I really wanted to like this place, but was underwhelmed. Maybe it'll get better with time.

Walked in and the music was so loud the cashier couldn't hear to take our order. We had to repeat and repeat our order. The food was plentiful but overcooked and over priced for chicken and fries. The manager WAS kind enough to turn the music down while we ate.

An actual HOT chicken restaurant. We went straight to the hottest eub and paid for it! The guy taking our order was super sweet and got us milk as we embarrassed ourselves with tears.Parking: A fair number of spots considering the locationKid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly. I was at the Stafford location on Mar. 15. Ordered the Sando combo. Mild heat is just perfect! Food came out in a really good manner. The cashier brought it out to our table personally (the place was relatively quiet at this time 3:00) but I was impressed at the kindness to do so. Enjoyed my food. Fries were good and crispy. My compliments to their staff. My current fav chicken spot. Keep it up!
We got the chicken and waffle. The Belgian waffles were cooked to perfection. You get to choose the spice on your chicken. I got no spice. It still a slight kick to it (they tell you this when you pick it) but it wasn't hot at all.We also got the loaded Mac n cheese. I am very picky about my mac n cheese and this was some of the best I've had outside of my home. The Mac n cheese alone was very flavorful and cheese, combination with the chicken and topped with extra cheese it was that much better!! And the prices are reasonable for the amount of food. Those two meals fed two woman and we had leftovers.
