HCK Hot Chicken

I order from here a few times a month. Every time I order on delivery apps my order is completely wrong. It is extremely frustrating. If this location does not want people using delivery apps then the store should stop using them. It seems the only way to get a correct order is by picking it up myself. I will not be visiting or ordering from this location anymore.

Update: I reached out to the management email address requested below and provided what was requested of me. I received no response from the management about my issue. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of care when customers bring up an issue with them. This is frustrating and not a company that shows care to their customers when bringing problems to their attention.

Amazing chicken and our favorite quick lunch place! There are closer, similar places to home but my hubby and I go the extra mile to come here. Great hot and fresh food, clean facilities.
Please keep the grilled sammiches and tacos on the menu!

Easily one of the best chicken wings I’ve had in a long time from. Huge,crispy, not too wet, sauce isn’t overpowering, meat fell off the bone prefect and they came out HOT 🥵. 10/10 Whenever I’m visiting Greenville I will most definitely be back.

Got Mac and cheese bowl, chicken was slightly warm and the Mac was ice cold.
Walked in and female worker did not have hair net or even tied back. Long hair hanging over food.

Stopped to grab lunch ---- carry out.
1/2 hour till I could stop and eat----------the frys were still crunchy!
They flavor of them were so good it made my mouth lock up a first -------I mean flavor right on !
Had the chicken sandwich no sauce -- excellent .
Had a 1/3 sweet tea 1/3 unsweet with with a 1/3 orange crush

We came for quick lunch multiple time at Hot Chicken Kitchen. Our kids favorite is Chicken & Waffles. My favorite is Boneless Chicken Wings with Base sauce. And sandwich is my husband favorite.

Foods very delicious and Fresh. The place was clean, The Staff were all very friendly, and would always check you had everything you needed.

This place is not full service but we like the way they take care customers. The entire staff is always very friendly and helpful. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you are made to feel very comfortable.

I came here for the first time today. By far the best chicken I've ever eaten, I got the loaded mac and cheese bowl and it was absolutely delicious. Best food I've had in so long.

The food was disgusting! I ordered a chicken sandwich, and just like others mentioned, the chicken was raw! On top of that, I paid for items totaling $6.25 plus tax, and they weren't even in the bag. A complete waste of money. This was my first and definitely my last time ordering from here.

I frequent this spot, the sandwiches are amazing, but I'm partial to the mac and cheese.

Place is always clean and my orders are always ready promptly, and fresh when I get there to pick up a mobile order.

The staff is always helpful, and they do a great job running the place and making sure it's well cleaned.
