We've tried this location a handful of times over the last few years, and been met with varying experiences. We have had one good visit, but the rest have been lackluster to say the least. Today's experience was definitely below expectations. Food was subpar, some of it cold, and several dishes missing components (primarily the sauces). Some of the menu items seem to be randomly substituted with no explanation or warning (buttered roll instead of garlic bread). No broccoli as a side option even though it's on the menu, etc. The hollandaise sauce was very runny and questionable. Overall, this is likely the last chance we've given this location. We'll be sticking with other options in the future.

So my Hispanic dad said that when he called a lady picked up and when he asked if anyone spoke spanish she hung up racism really needs to stop this is terrible overall the food is great and good cant complain about that but yes it's not okay to just hang up like that but I managed to tell them if anyone spoke spanish and a kind young man gladly did it that's true respect right there 🤝

came to this IHOP as a part of a very large party. i believe our severs name was jojo and she handled all of us beautifully so special thanks to her. food was great and came out in a timely manner dispite there being multiple large gatherings there and it being midnight by the time we all left.

This is by far the worst IHOP I have ever been to. The tables are super low and we told the waitress and asked to move. The waitress said she would check, but then never followed up with us. So, we left with back pain from hunching over to eat. The tables are also crammed in super close to eachother. The food itself was really bad. The steak made my husband nauseous. My omelet came out lukewarm and the filling was over 95% hashbrowns. We never recieved refills on our drinks either. Also, we have two people come to our table begging for money for charity. Such a strange experience. I definitely wish we had gone to the bagel place down the street instead.
