Really friendly staff and clean location. A bunch of of promos were offered here. Great spot to grab a sub and do some people watching

Way behind on orders, with hip hop music playing loudly. Instead of fulfilling orders, there are lots of sing-alongs. It's very frustrating and unprofessional.

I have been to this location four times now, and each time has been the same: exceptional product with quality ingredients, excellent service with staff members being very friendly and positive. The store overall is clean and well maintained. All in all, a friggin fantastic place to get a sub and more!

I had my son go in to order our food. I did not even get a chance to taste the food as the young woman who was behind the counter was so rude that he left and was got our food at another sub shop in the Stafford Marketplace Shopping Center. I don't usually write negative reviews but the owner should know that they will continue to lose business if the people behind the counter had such bad attitudes.

The staff was rude to me!? I asked if they were doing anything for Veterans Day, because I saw a flyer, they said no we are not offering anything for Veterans? I won’t be supporting this company anymore since they don’t support veterans.

I don’t appreciate waiting an hour for my food just for them to lose the ticket and have to remake it i’m not happy at all.

Edit: People have found literal bugs in their sandwiches. Read the reviews before you visit this location. I'm convinced all positive reviews must be fake. I am amazed this store location is still open. Food safety inspector checking this place must be blind.

This place is horrendous. Avoid at all costs. Go to Firehouse subs on the opposite side of the plaza instead.

I should have read the reviews first, apparently the issue I had is long running at this location. I would not recommend anyone waste their money at this store location.

I went to the location on 9/24/2025 at around ~8:30pm. Manager with short hair is an absolute nightmare. She was rude and condescending to everyone in front of me. When confronted about her attitude and demeanor, she asked me to leave the store. Refused to provide general manager's contact or store owner's info. Small stature, loud bark.

Called corporate to complain, I don't think they really care as all stores are franchise owned. I'm beyond perplexed why someone would want staff like this running their store. I told them to throw away my sandwich - if they are so unhappy dealing with customers, I cannot fathom how they might handle ingredients and meat at this location.

Unbelievable. I don't usually leave reviews, but I had to here. This is my first time ever ordering from a Jersey Mike's, but I'm 100% sure it'll be the last too. THIS is how I recieved my sandwich. It looks like it's either it's HALF EATEN or torn apart BY HAND. What kind of server pulls apart a sandwich by hand? Or much worse, BITES MY SANDWICH. If this is the kind of service they allow here, I would reccomend NEVER stepping foot in this Jersey Mikes or potentially any location of theirs. There's a Firehouse Subs a short distance away. By this experience, I would reccomend going there instead

Edit: After trying my other actually cut sandwich and reading the reviews to this place, I cannot believe it's still open. The sandwiches are soaked and taste awful and apparently someone found an actual large bug in their food. Seriously, do not go here. You will regret it as well

The food was nothing wrong with the food, but when I got the cup to get the drink and I looked at the kitchen floor and the counter area that place was so dirty so many stuff was all over the floor and they were so messy so it make me to never come back again because the way the kitchen was there. it was dirty filthy I cannot believe the serving from there like that that was the end of me with that place

I went to this place with my friend and we loved the subs. She ordered the cheese steak and I ordered the Italian sub. 🤩

It’s a really nice new store, the employees behind the counter are friendly snd very knowledgeable about their menu. But for some reason I got a bad sandwich today and it made me really sick.
