I know it is loud, but if you can't here me ask me to repeat myself. I ask for a bowl and I get a sub. I ask for a cup for water (Dining in) and get charged for a bottle of water

The service here is terrible. The general manager talks to the staff very unprofessional as she would be having a conversation with demeaning staff. Also, there were 3 African American staff that was working there within a month. They are no longer working there not by their choice. I understand Virginia is a at will state. The manger has these young teenagers left with unanswer questions. When you teach your child to be responsible and to reach out to the boss when there is an issue and the boss does not return the phone. Is very unprofessional where that manger should not be in that position.

I write this in the desperate throes of hangriness. My delivery time has been pushed back a whopping SIX TIMES due to the driver having to wait in store for my order. I'm hoping these are the best damn sandwiches my family has ever had but at this point I would eat the plastic wrapper that a loaf of bread comes in.

ordered a regular sub.. should’ve told them to hold the cockroach. yep, i’m in disbelief as well. we decided to come to jersey mikes for a change and ordered 3 regular subs. well, it was going great at first but then my mom found a bug in her food! the place was chaotic and there were sandwiches lined up waiting to be wrapped just sitting out for 10+ mins and major cross contamination! i’m sorry to say (or not) but this is the worst place i’ve ever been to.

Didn’t have the bread listed on website for alpha-gal allergies. Was rushed. Rushed my kids through before I could figure out bread I could eat. Had to pay for kids and when I went back to order line was too long. I didn’t eat. Workers were so loud we couldn’t hear each other talk.Dietary restrictions: Alpha-gal is from a tick. Can’t eat mammal products.

Food was very good but service was very slow. We actually sent in an order online 20 minutes in advance and we still had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Bathrooms were very sketchy as well. One was out of order and the other had a lock on it.
