What’s the point of ordering ahead for pick up when the pickup time is 15 minutes after placing the order, then all the walk-ins receive their food first, and the order is done 15-20 minutes later than the estimated time given when I placed the order online. Total time since order placed to received 40 minutes??? Terrible service.

Been to many jersey Mike's as I travel for business and can always depend on a good sub. Well not this location got a #9 (my usual) first off was told no more rosemary parm bread but I seen with my own eyes over 12 left in the rack behind them.. Secondly was the disgrace of a sub they gave me. I've seen more meat on a 7/11 pre-made sub. I'd be embarrassed to had someone an almost $19 sub to have what looks like 49 cents worth of meat. Goodbye jersey Mike's was a nice run.

I just ordered a sub and a sandwich maker. Use the same pair of gloves to touch the cash register, stickers, knives, and my sandwich. I was highly displeased with the service and when the employee could tell, I was disturbed they didn’t even try to reconcile. They just match my energy, which is really unprofessional and unclean so I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this jersey Mike’s as I am writing this review. I am watching her still probably use the same gloves make sandwiches touch everything And not even trying to be sanitary.

Ordered a sub expecting a symphony of flavors. Got more of a polite ukulele solo.
The bread was fresh, which was the highlight, but the meat-to-bread ratio suggested someone was having an off day. The veggies were fine, but I suspect they were emotionally detached.
The staff was friendly, which made the underwhelming sandwich easier to forgive.
Would come back if I were desperate, or if I needed a place to practice lowering expectations.
Two stars for effort, one star for bread, negative stars for how long it took me to stop thinking about the sandwich.

Unpretentious location close to Embrey Mill. Staff is friendly and professional. The subs are Ok, and basically you're paying a premium for the convenience of not having to make a sandwich at home. Nothing here is complicated and there are only a few options for toppings. Very overpriced, in my opinion. Limited seating. I think most people get their sandwiches to go at this location. Parking is limited as well, unless you like walking.

Called to get a catering order for the evening originally but had to change it the morning of to be a lunch catering and the team today absolutely went above and beyond and got it done asap and I was able to feed 50 middle schoolers the day of their school musical! Great job to the managers and staff at this Jersey Mikes!

Once again, after ordering a sub with no oregano/ mixed herbs/spices on it, I got the seasonings on sandwich anyways. Once was a dine in order last month and now this one for delivery tonight. Seems they really like their seasonings. More than my orders. Lol. Brownie for my son and his ham & provolone sandwich were good to go and according to order.

The subs are ALWAYS delicious. We're a family of 4 and I'm gluten free, so I appreciate that they label the subs for our pickup orders. The heart they put on my name made a rough day just a little better ?? Sometimes it really is the little things ? Great food, great service - we love it. ??✨️

New store. Very clean and counter staff attentive. Minimal inside seating. I've frequented other local locations and would say this one has the best organization on the sandwich line I have seen. Very efficient and fast. Both of my #56 subs were made correctly and tasted great. As with many restaurants now, the infamous "tip screen" shows up during checkout. Don't tip them because they showed up to work!*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. Stopped in on a busy weekday at lunch time, but was quickly greeted and place my order. The staff was friendly and very much on-point with their customer service and ability to build an amazing Jersey Mike’s sub!Food was made promptly with fresh ingredients and once I got it home to eat, it tasted great! This is my first time trying this location, the newest JM’s in the area and I’ll be back!
