It was a few years since I had been here. They did not disappoint. We all enjoyed our entrees, and the service was excellent. A return visit is in my future plans.Parking: There is a parking lot with plenty of parking. Also, handicap parking.
Not from the area but decided to eat here for dinner with my boyfriend. It was fairly priced and tasted amazing! The portions were great and the service was good as well. It wasn't as packed as I thought it would be since the parking lot seemed full. We were seated immediately. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Horrible service. I ordered terriyaki chicken and shrimp. The chicken was extra dry. I could count how many pieces of zucchini, onions, and mushrooms that was given. The ginger dressing was watery with no taste. I asked for extra yum yum and ginger sauce but never received. I called and asked to speak to a manager. A lady answered and said that I could talk to her. It was veryunprofessional being that she never told me yes or no that she was the manager. I explained everything to her and instead of apologizing, she's telling me that no one else complained today. I told her that I wasnt everyone else. I told her that I will bring the food back tomorrow for a refund being that I can't return tonight because I just had surgery and someone else picked it up for me. She said no. The only way I can get a refund is if I bring the food back tonight. I could understand if I was asking for a refund over the phone. I offered to return my food tomorrow because it is now 8:30 and I refuse to ask someone to go back out this time of night for this. I will not be ordering from here ever again. I would give 0 stars but it wouldn't allow me to post.

Good hibachi experience. The fried rice wasn't my favorite, but everything else was good!
I just called Kobe’s to place an order, first someone picked up the phone and hung up on me and giving them the benefit of the doubt I called back and was told that Carol the manager said to call back in 30 minutes they are busy. I see why people are talking about how much this place has went down hill. Don’t worry Carol you don’t have to worry about me ever making this establishment any busier. As a 15+ year customer message received.

Best place around here for some Japanese. I personally am not a fan of Hibachi, but their other dishes make it worth while. The sushi is technically the freshest here in the area, but when your competition is Umi and Sake, that's not saying much. Dining in is a lot of fun with a good wait staff and bar. Overall, the experience is very passable

First, I ordered over the phone and waited the allotted time for pick up. Upon walking to the counter, my order wasn’t ready and told me that they didn’t have a roll advertised online. For another 2 sushi rolls I had to wait 30 minutes for them to complete my order (but not after I had to tell them what was in the roll)— at that point I should’ve kept my money. The order was wrong and don’t order vegetarian because you will get beef! I ordered the miso soup which was broth with one scallion and no tofu pieces. The food was so cold I thought it came out of the fridge and when we called the owner hung up mid sentence! When we called back she asked “had we looked at it before leaving” both bags were tied up like a canned jar sealed for freshness. This was the absolute worst service I received and had to cook chicken tenders for dinner. Especially after paying over 67$… mind you this was for a birthday dinner! #birthdayruined

It's fantastic place, nice and clean. Every time when I come to visit Virginia I stopped in Kobe.Hope one day open one in Florida State.
They had good lunch specials. I usually ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box lunch special and was just okay. After a while though, the food started getting worse. I recently ordered the same bento box at Umi in Stafford and the difference was night and day for quality. Kobe's hibachi is great, albeit a bit expensive and their sushi is good. But their bento boxes leave much to be desired.

A teppenyaki grill that seems very entertaining and usually pretty busy. But I go for the Sushi. A great Sushi bar with higher quality fish than most sushi places I've been. The staff at Kobe has been there a long LONG time. They are skilled, friendly, and give great service.
