The best boba tea I've had!
Walked in thinking to try one of the Hershey items, but the young woman behind the counter was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me.
Make sure you check your order, shake up your drink to make sure your toppings are in there! I picked up my order last night and they forgot to add my toppings!!

Good drinks
This place is really gone down. I used to love going and get a mango snow a couple times a week but the employee doesn’t care about how they make your drinks at all. It taste disgusting I will never go back ever again is too much money for someone to not care how they do your drink.

1st time here and it was a great experience! I got the mango snow, with mango jelly. Very refreshing and not over sweet. The service was good and they answered any questions I had.

The tea is very good but the service is hit and miss unfortunately. Love that customers have the option to control sugar levels in the tea, and you won’t have a problem if you are ordering simple beverages with few customizations. For some reason this store doesn’t seem to offer some toppings or they just forget to add them, so beware if you are using the mobile app to order. Ordered a bubble tea with a milk cap one time and either it was shaken into the tea or I just didn’t receive it. Ordered a milk cap again later to see if the last time was a fluke and the same thing happened. Previously I have ordered specialty drinks that are supposed to come with their own toppings and received just the tea. Disappointed.

Overpriced, watery flavors with a moderate amount of tapioca bubbles.
The drinks tasted bad and the Boba tasted stale or old. The customer service was good.
