I had a very disappointing experience. The blonde girl and girl with black ponytail at the front not only got my order wrong, but also added something I never asked for and charged me more than the listed menu price. When I tried to clear it up, I was met with attitude instead of help. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and honesty is unbelievable.
Most water down green tea beverage I’ve had. Not worth the price, you’re essentially paying for water and almost non existent tea flavor/fruit flavor.
I had the grapefruit refresher and it was so tasty. Not too sweet and super refreshing! The ladies were so nice but there was a time where it looked like they were playing around in the back.. other than that.. I’ll be back
I got here 10 minutes before closing. Still able to fully serve with no problems.
Good tea but unsanitary. The owners daughter brings her yapping yorkie into the restaurant to hang out. Health code violation for sure. Have also seen employees sitting with their shoes on counters. Very gross stuff in the open so I hate to think what’s happening behind the scenes 🫣
Walked in around lunch time , stood at counter for at least 5 minutes (no greeting ) Blonde haired lady looked at me at least 3 times while she making other drinks then says oh we are not taking orders right now , I said okay and walked out ( mind you she was making others orders) I ordered my drink off Uber eats app and drove off for about 10 minutes when I came back she was taking someone else order. NOW , there very well could’ve been a reason why she couldn’t take my order at that time .. but the least you can do is greet your customers , and let me know you couldn’t take my order instead of having me stand there . The drinks from what I can tell are pretty good , I’ve only gotten stuff from there twice BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS COULD BE IMPROVED.
The workers are always so rude and the teas aren't good.
Kung fu tea is soo hot inside no AC running.. feel bad for employees..

Walked in thinking to try one of the Hershey items, but the young woman behind the counter was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me.

Make sure you check your order, shake up your drink to make sure your toppings are in there! I picked up my order last night and they forgot to add my toppings!!
