I recently had an unfortunate experience at this pizza store . Upon entering the store on 10/03/2024 at 11:45am I was greeted by an employee who seemed to prioritize her own mood over customer service. As I approached the counter to place my order, she barely acknowledged my presence, instead focusing on her phone.
When I finally got her attention and asked her if I can place my order she responded with a curt and dismissive tone, It was as if my inquiry was an inconvenience to her , I tried to brush it off and continued with my order, but the rudeness persisted. She rolled her eyes when I asked her if my order is ready to pickup .
The atmosphere in the store was further tainted by her overall demeanor, which seemed to cast a shadow over the experience for other customers as well. While the pizza itself was decent, the lack of friendly service made the visit less enjoyable.
It’s important for businesses to remember that customer service is just as crucial as the product they provide. A simple smile and a polite attitude can make a world of difference. I hope this store addresses the behavior of their staff, as I would love to return for some great pizza, but only if the service improves.

I ordered a meal & requested 2 20 oz instead of a 2 liter & the manager said he couldn't do it & was nasty. Totally changed my attitude about this store.

This place seems super dirty to me, the person who served me was touching money, his personal cell phone and other things, super slow and unpleasant, I have never had one of these experiences

I put off writing this review because I wanted to give myself an opportunity to possibly blow this experience off but I was still annoyed and would not want anyone else to encounter this. I have lived in Stafford for years and we come here not as often but at my kids request. This experience occurred Mother's Day weekend. I'm not sure if this store is under new management but I've been here before and I never had a problem. I came into the store with no one at the front counter. After several minutes a young lady comes out and never greets me but instead acknowledges another customer in Spanish who walked in after me and started taking his order. I then stopped the young lady because I thought maybe somehow, she missed me standing right in front of her, but she then spoke "in English" that I needed to wait for some other person to come out of the back. When I asked her why I needed to wait when clearly, she was taking an order of a man who arrived after me. She became annoyed and rolled her eyes. The other young lady finally came out pleasant enough but at this point now I'm annoyed and I ask for a manager. The manager was nice enough and explains she doesn't speak English, but she spoke English well enough to tell me I had to wait for another employee and although apparently bilingual she was taking this guy's order in English... By the way how did she know I didn't speak Spanish because I do and understand it well. This was plain rude!! Why would I EVER spend my money here. Since my daughter didn't understand what was happening and still wanted the pizza, I drove 30min out of my way to Fredericksburg. I did receive a call back from the District manager whose thought was to offer me a free pizza... We don't need a free pizza we need you to train your employees interacting with your customers to give the same level of service to everyone... If she's not speaking English why do you have her at the register taking orders??

Ok here me out, I went to get a stuffed crust Supreme and I got something else in a little box my mom got mad at me, then I decided to not get mad about it so I let it slide, then I went again some weeks later and I told them loud and clear a stuffed crust Supreme and guess what they gave me a stuffed crust PEPERONI pizza omg I waited for 30 minutes and then I went to get a refund and buy the stuffed crust Supreme another 30 minutes my mom was waiting in the car my baby brother was crying because he wanted pizza. I'm sorry but I know we all make mistakes but this is unacceptable. But I will still love this place with all my heart I dont hate no one here I love them.

Performance and perfection done with a smile and a deep hearted apology; when pizzas weren't ready in 10-12 minutes of his admission they would be placed in my hands.. However the 20 minutes time I suggested was wrong and surpassed that by another 11 minutes!Now for the good the pizzas looked superb spoked with friends and family members who partook of the beautiful pies. The total ppl 3 who enjoyed it immensely stated it blew our Little Ceasars out of the park. Which makes me wonder the previous order was a lunch for the son and the pizza was given to me in 17 minutes bad news, should have checked it @ the store. Since I ordered a pizza not a turnover trying to act like a pizza . Store in question so the district manager can address a training solution video for is route 610/ ● Stafford County Virginia .

I come here pretty often, never once had an issue with the staff, they are overworked and understaffed and still manage to do enough during rushes with who they got.Much of the time when I walk in, they are dealing with disgruntled, hangry customers that bully these workers into tears because they want to scream and throw a tantrum over their pizza...when it's prime dinner time and they didn't blame ahead to get their food in a timely manner.Like today, poor joselyn*(sorry if I misspelled) was dealing with brenden, an older white male, berating this poor girl on when his pizza will be ready and no answer she gave was good enough. The guy was just angry to be angry.Anyways location has never messed up any of my orders. But I plan better and have more patience than what seems all of Stafford.
