This McDonalds was quite nice. I like how the place’s drive thru is open 24/7. While the wait times were long, I totally understand because only one person was running the entire restaurant (which was only the drive thru at the time). The food was also served fresh and hot.

Have to say after my mom came in picking up my app order it didn’t show and she was not nice and she came and brought me (I originally ordered something for my kiddo at the hotel) the staff tonight when I came in went above and beyond even after my mother still was rude to them..I appreciate them and I apologized sooo much! The ladies I came across tonight were amazing!

It takes 30 min to get your food. I have not been in a McDonald that I’ve waited less than 30 min to get my food. I usually go inside to order. I realize they cater to the drive through and make walk in orders wait forever to get food, so I decided to go through the drive thru and still I waited 25 min after being directed to pull off cause my food wasn’t ready yet. This drive thru at 190 Garrisonville was the last time for me. I’ve also waited too long for McDonalds “fast” yet subpar food at 893 Garrisonville and the new one on Wonder Rd. Thank you for the fond childhood memories of fast, delicious, and affordable food, McDonalds, but are not that place anymore. Farewell w your over priced slop that takes longer to throw together than any decent sit down diner. I’m done w ya.

First, the bathrooms were all clogged. Then, they forgot our drink, made our milkshake wrong, burnt our fries, and only gave us 4 pickles when we asked for a side of pickles. Plus, it was overall very dirty, but the employees were nice.

Always poor customer service and special orders are usually made wrong and you have to go back in to fix it and they give you attitude. Fries are always cold and the nuggets never fresh. Management at this location is the worst.

Food was perfect. The line had like 9 cars in it ahead of me but it still went pretty quickly.
Drove my dad here for drunk burgers. Asked for a no onion mushroom burger. Got a chicken sandwich...with onion rings. Yikes
Edit: by onion rings I meant the non slivered onions. I still go often. I love mcdonald. It just sucks.
