I don't know how this location manages to get every order wrong. How do you forget to put egg on a McMuffin? Every single time we order here they mess something up. I'll find someplace else to go when I want fast food; they can't get a sandwich right when it's literally only four ingredients.

Good spot, prices are reasonable and the good quality and staff are on point. I had the Big Mac and Medium Fries ? with chicken Mcnuggets.Kid-friendliness: They had a whole area where kids can play which I found very convenient.

For some reason the food here is of better different quality than other McDonald’s in the area. The burgers are tasty and warm. Fries taste better. Chicken sandwiches are delicious. They sometimes forget to give us straws for our drinks but honestly can’t complain. Just go to Wawa and get a straw while getting gas.

They have parallel lanes for ordering, but the outer lane has a screen that shows you the wrong order, which is very confusing. They messed up our order with the confusion.

I ordered from this McDonald’s on Feb 11, 2024 and the manager working at 7-8am was very rude when I called up there about my extremely burnt bagel and said pretty much to go to hell that her food was quality and she hung up on me, and I tried calling 7 times and 2 of those times the phone was picked up and hung up on me.. I finally called an 8th time and the “cook” picked up the phone and was even more rude then the manager saying he made the food and his food was quality and I was lying about the extremely burnt bagel, and pretty much cussed me out and hung up.. I wish there was a way to post a picture of it here, but I called corporate and the man I talked to was so nice and promised me it would be handled that McDonald’s doesn’t train their staff to be like that.. I got I refund from DoorDash and they are sending me a gift certificate and apologized for that… please do me a favor don’t DoorDash from this McDonald’s in the morning because there’s no way to send pictures of you have an issue…if I had a car I would’ve been up there face to face… I’ve never been so disrespected in my life by a fast food place..

I just spent almost $15 at this restaurant but the hamburgers are nothing to talk about in the company's photo. They look delicious but now that I see this, it doesn't even have everything it offers, so I'm going to think about it after buying again Because it's a lie, they don't make you want to eat it.

Food was great , took a while for us to get our food and drinks , however the lobby was dirty and restrooms too, they wait till after 10 to check the lobby , I had to go to the restroom and wet napkins to clean my table and I ordered a shake and they didn’t have Any so they assumed I wanted a smoothie which I did not want and ended up returning it and just didn’t even bother getting my money back i just wanted to leave. They locked the door at 10 despite it saying they close at 11 and there was customers outside and they came in when I walked out which angered the staff.

This location is either the Ketchup Czars of Fredericksburg dolling out ketchup packets as if they contain gold bullion or they launch your order so fast at you through the drive through window it breaks the sound barrier-- however it's always wrong and the lady who refuses to slow down and do her job correctly gets major attitude about it. Best of luck to you all. Bring your own sauces.
