Make sure you check your order before leaving the drive through window, we got home and noticed we were missing a 10pc order of chicken nuggets and an apple pie. I guess it’s time to drive a little further down 610 to someplace that gets it right!

Forgot the sausage on one of them...
Tl;dr: Check your order COMPLETELY before you leave the parking lot. They can't be trusted.

Came in at 6:00 pm. No one in dining room. Ordered at kiosk. Floors filthy. Fries and wrappers everywhere. Hasn't been swept all day. Every table filthy. Had to clean one before we could sit down. No ice in drink machine. Ordered a simple double hamburger plain. They made it a single. I didn't bother saying anything. Just a poorly kept establishment. Trash cans were ready to overflow as well.

Had my 27-year-old daughter Pick up an order For me And they miss heard her order and tried to make her pay for What they thought she said and we're angry with her.

Very poor service mobile order was placed wrong. The manager keep saying the order was right and never looked in the bag at the product. Then when the order was remade after waiting 15 mins. It was still not correct. I will never visit this location again.
