Very poor service mobile order was placed wrong. The manager keep saying the order was right and never looked in the bag at the product. Then when the order was remade after waiting 15 mins. It was still not correct. I will never visit this location again.

At the restaurant twice waited over ten minutes no one came to take my order inside and again at drive through window place my order no one ever came to the window to accept my payment. Again I waited about 10 minutes. Also some employees very rude and bad attitude

Placed a mobile order for pickup. Doors were closed and locked when I arrived at 9:43, 17 minutes before close time. I didn't want to wait in the drive thru to get my order, which is why I chose pickup. So why are the doors locked before close time?
EDIT: Removed a star after I got home because my double cheeseburger's bun is so stale I could probably use it as packaging styrofoam
Worst Mcdonalds ever! I placed a mobile order for a big breakfast at 10:15, drove 80mph to get there before 10:30 (before breakfast closes) and I get there at 10:27 wait in line for 2 minutes, then get told they can't fulfill my order because they stopped selling breakfast... It was 1 minute before 10:30. The people suck, the food sucks, and apparently management sucks too. Never going back there again!

We ordered via app. They were not very busy for breakfast. We drove 4 miles to do counter pickup. The screen said order was ready. I waited 20 minutes to receive my food which was cold. Never ever will I buy anything from this location. Terrible customer service. Stay away from this one. I will go down 610 to the location near home depot.
