The food is off compared to other locations, Always thought it was because it was anew store but no her we are around a yr later and it’s the same. I think the grease they cook in is shared with other food and/or old .Also I can pull up an order and no one in front of me and the park me or send me the waiting window… I waited one time 15 mins with no one informs of me and I had to ask them about my order , they asked for my receipt , Obviously, they forgot about me. This has happened more and then One occasion.Kinda sad I have to drive out of the way for another Mc D’S.
With that being said the kids that work there are sweet. The big guy that takes the orders through drive-through is a champion. He’s the man but the food sucks.

This was by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I waited in line 20 minutes after paying for my food otherwise I would’ve been and pulled off. When I receive my food, it was so freaking cold. Once I tried the fries, I told her look can I have a hot batch, please and she turned around and gave me some fries from the same batch and they were still cold. Do not go here. Don’t let the exterior of the location fool you. This was a terrible McDonald’s.

They deserve a zero. We waited over 30 minutes and no one took our order at drive through. Little to workers and service is just trash. I’ll never stop here again. Please do better. Was stopping because I’m Heading back home to NC and wanted a quick bite to eat but I’d rather drive home hungry instead of wait on them.

Don't waste your time stopping by in the mornings. You'll never make your lunch. And then had the audacity to give me the hardest mc muffins I've ever felt in my life. Literal cement rocks for bread. Smh

Rude crew. Only a small amount of the crew members actually do a nice job at being courteous. The night workers simply don't care about anything. Always have to complain to management about something. Can't even go to the drive thru some workers don't even like to change gloves. Don't count money then touch my fries that's nasty

Who answers on the intercom, with Hello?! And lie to the customers about taking online orders; because the system is rebooting; this occurred at night. These people are awful. This is the absolute worst McDonalds! A bunch of useless, nonchalant employees on the clock. I ABSOLUTELY HATE coming here. No one cares!! They literally do the minimum/no effort. Especially at night. Call corporate for further evaluation. This place is TRASH.
