In my opinion Olla Cafe has arguably the best Mexican food in the area. They also have consistently friendly staff. The one drawback is their size. They don't have many tables and, when they are busy, you kind of feel crammed into the space. The food makes it worth it though.

Stafford needs more places like Olla! We have been here a few times. The food is always great, they cater to my wife’s gluten allergy and are always cautious and we enjoy every visit. Just had the mixed fajitas, best I’ve ever had highly recommend!

Definitely a little gem hidden away!! The food was delicious, we tried the fajitas, Birria Tacos, Locas Pupusas and guacamole - all cooked fresh with LOADS of flavor!! Service was a little slow and there aren’t many tables to sit at, but if you get there at the right time it is definitely worth going. My only complaint is chips and salsa are $8!!!! We ordered them anyway and the chips are cooked fresh, but we are definitely used to complimentary chips and salsa. I’d say it’s about 6-8oz of salsa, definitely not an appropriate portion for the price. We would go back again, though!!

Olla should have omg in the name. I have eaten here and all three times have been consistently amazing. The first time I ordered shrimp street tacos on the run, amazing. The 2nd time I order about 8 items to go for my family and we loved everything. Finally my husband and I dined in and ordered several things on the menu and again everything was amazing.

After waitres brought us our menu and water with an attitude, she never returned to take our order, others who came in after us got service while we were still waiting, I guess she was too busy at the bar and forgot about us, we left.

We've never had an issue. Always liked the food. Our food took forever and we did not order the brewed chicken which takes longer. Our server did not put our order in and lied about it. When it came it was raw. Cut several times to check it, too, while cooking. Never again. I can tolerate any mistake but repeatedly lying to us is inexcusable. And we had to continually bus our little table for two while they kept trying to squeeze between me and the chair behind me and crushing their hips against my shoulder. Don't accept orders more takeout than you can handle and train your servers to consolidate their trips. When you leave a table clear it off. If there's no room for tables, rent a bigger space.

I moved back to Stafford at the end of last year, so I'm still becoming familiar with the new food options in the area. I was excited to try Olla Cafe and it did not disappoint. I ordered the Carne Asada and was very happy with the taste! Everything was perfectly seasoned and it was a nice sized portion. Although I can't remember our waitress's name, she was friendly. The other staff members were nice as well. I will definitely return!

This is literally one of the best Latin American restaurants I’ve ever been to. We’ve only gotten takeout here twice while road-tripping up the east coast, but this is a must try. Honorable mention to the Birria tacos!
