I've tried the stuffed crust, it's better than Pizza Hut!!!
Their wings are tiny, but pretty good flavors.
They have great deals depending on the season, but we'll worth it, because overall the ingredients they use is better than other favorites like Domino's and Pizza Hut!!!

The worst papa John’s I ever had to deal with. Their new management and team members are very rude and unprofessional. They kept messing up my order by putting cheese on my pizza when I get extremely sick. Then get mad when I let them know I ordered my pizza with no cheese. They refused to remake my pizzas and refused to give me my money back. Then offered me a credit to put in their system, which I never received. I would never order from them again.

The staff was great but the pizza was ordered ahead of time for a specific time and it seemed like they had started the pizza right when the order was placed or too long to leave it sitting on the shelf. It was cold :/

Don’t waste your time or money at this Papa John’s. We’ve been ordering from them since we moved here in the summer of 2022 and the vast majority of the time we had some issue with our order. Usually, it was the extra sauces missing so we would call and they would either send them or give us a “credit” for them (which never actually happened). However, last week we had an experience that was beyond ridiculous and unprofessional and we will now be taking our business elsewhere. Last week, we placed an order via the app as we always do and after over an hour, we still hadn’t received it. After several phone calls and it still not being here the store remade and resent our order. Once it was delivered the driver realized, and admitted, that he had delivered it to the wrong house. We appreciated his honesty and owning the mistake. I asked him to clear that up with his manager since his manager had been clearly angry that we were insisting that we had not received our food. It very much felt like he did not believe us and that he felt we were attempting to scam them. Once we did receive our food (the second order) we realized were missing an item. Our original order consisted of 5 items and the new order only had 4. So I called the store again. All I wanted was a refund for the one item we never received. I didn’t even get that far into the phone call before he hung up on me. I then tried to call the store back several times and was immediately hung up on. I than called from my husbands phone to 1. Confirm their phones were working and 2. confirm I was being hung up on. Well, surprise surprise, I was hung up on again. We filed a complaint with the corporate website and got the canned “store leadership will be in touch.” Yeah… they haven’t been so now we are done giving them our business and would caution others who may consider this store. There are plenty of other pizza places around that deliver, USE ONE OF THEM.

I ordered a well-done pizza, but when I arrived to pick it up, the pizza was not well done. They apologized and made me a new pizza. Great management, and I will definitely return.

Papa John’s had a policy where they can’t bring your pizza to your door. Although that’s stated nowhere on the app or website.

I delivered a stillborn child less than 48 hours ago and wasn’t able to go up to the front desk at my hotel (my home flooded last night) to grab the pizza. I asked to be refunded the drivers 25% tip because that defeated the purpose of ordering delivery. The General Manager answered the phone with “Hello? So you’re trying to take a tip from my driver?” After I explained why he refunded the tip and hung up abruptly. Would not recommend this location.
