Papa Johns Pizza

I asked for no contact delivery, only to find out the delivery guy calling my phone back to back asking me for a tip, then to text me, receiving a tip is something the customer will do voluntarily, not forced. It’s coming off as we have to tip, you choose the job, so don’t pressure us customers for a tip.. I paid for my food, your job can pay for your service. Yall don’t know what someone situation is, that could have been my last to feed my kids, smh.. the fact that he was insisting on getting a tip from my credit card really made me deny him., I said contactless, meaning no contact at all!

This location is solid, at least when i pick up during the day, litterally have nothing bad to say! Only great experiences here! Pizza is always perfect and the staff is always friendly.

I Used to love eating here. Went yesterday the sub was great. Pizza has changed. It was very flat and thin no crust. Cheese was very skimp sauce was very light. This is not the santini's I remember.

The lady in the front desk given me wrong pizza which had pepperoni! I forgot to check it in the store but with I reached home I realized. Very unprofessional

We ordered a pizza and never received it. Called the restaurant and they said that it was delivered and they took a picture, but it was not delivered to our house, nor did we get to see where it was delivered. Called back and they said that they would remake the pizza and send a delivery driver out. Then they called back, said the GM told them to void the delivery and essentially we could go outside and find the house where the pizza was ourselves. They have delivered to my house over a dozen times. Never ordering from this place again.

As a previous coworker here this store and their staff are racist to African Americans if you are one I wouldn't recommend this place they really might spit in your food...

They close at 11 and i went at 10 30 and despite open sign they said we are closed

I had an issue with my order I wasn’t aware of due to the online ordering system. The manager took the time to listen to my issue and promptly resolved it with class and professionalism. The staff was great, friendly and accommodating. Great service. Great food, great location!

Service could be better if they make a mistake on your pizza better believe that they will not send you a fresh pie. My pizza was made with no sauce and when I called to let them know so they can possibly send me a fresh pie. I was rudely told that I will have to send my pie in order to receive a new one which makes no sense. I’ve never made a complaint out of the years that I’ve used them, you guys need to hire people your policy And aren’t rude to loyal customers

Take out pizza. Great service, great people. Recommended for a quick bite, order ahead but even if you order in store it shouldn't be a long wait.
