lady working was so nice. called me to tell me they didn't have the ingredients for my pizza and were willing to substitute. i got there and she done pulled it right off the truck to make it. super quick, nice, and super helpful

Pizza was good, but decided not to deliver my 2-liter Pepsi even after calling them.
The only chain pizza I'll eat! This location is accurate, clean and order is always ready for pick up extremely fast. They will over players and silverware without asking

Wrong pizza was delivered called the store and spoke to a manager for the right delivery to be delivered, no pizza ever came had to call an hour later and was playing pass the phone with 5 different people before anyone knew what was going on. The fourth person we spoke to gave us a name “Kyle” as the MOD, which he never came back to the phone. After calling an hour later they stated they were putting the correct pizza in the oven and it would be here shortly. We ordered a pizza on a Sunday at noon. Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible!

The manager was rude and the food was disgusting. We ordered a pizza and a bowl. We ended up throwing away the food. I even gave them a five dollar cash tip. I should have know it was bad because they didn't offer to show me the food. I will never come back to this location. Terrible food!!! Even if they offered to give me free food I wouldn't take it!

This place has been closed down for the past couple of months… Still shows up for order on the Papa Johns App even though they’re closed and have another restaurant opening there soon… The Richmond Highway location should show as the nearest option in this area and this one should be closed.
