Whoever is cooking at the Pizza Hut on 35 Walpole St Suite 1-01 in Stafford, VA., tonight (Sept 6, 2025) is doing an excellent job and should be promoted. Seriously, this is the best supreme pizza that my family and I have had in a longtime. Thank you!!!

Pizza was delicious. The customer service was far from great. There was only one person working and his attitude reflected as much. He kept on making pizzas while my son and I stood at the front counter to pick up our order for over 10-15 minutes. Then when he approached the counter he didn’t say a word… just looked at me. I said my name….and he said $43.12. I paid and he walked off. Smh…..very rude.

I got kicked out, there’s not ketchup, they always run out of food, when i hit on s/o we got really bad diarrhea from the food. The lady who works there is REALLY rude. and all the other workers are absent minded.

Went and order through the app a large pizza and a side Caesar salad. I got to my car and noticed all I got was just lettuce and dressing for $6.99. I went back in and said there were no toppings. Not once when the manager gave me my order did he even tell me they were out of the Caesar toppings. So when I brought it up he said they didn’t have the topping so I said can I get something on top because all I have is lettuce. All he kept saying was I can do that but I will have to charge you more. He had no issues with me getting charge $6.99 for just lettuce when that’s not what I ordered. I was surprised by how he was acting “rude with a snarky attitude” like he didn’t wanna be there. When I asked to speak to the manager he said it was him. At this point it wasn’t going anywhere and I couldn’t believe he couldn’t see where I was coming from. If it wasn’t for my mother just wanting a side salad I would have asked for a refund but the way he was acting I didn’t wanna deal with him any longer and just left. Beware if your going here and make sure and check your order before leaving.
The past two times we ordered from this Pizza Hut, the orders have been made very poorly. Last time they somehow forgot all the toppings except the cheese. I had to drive back to the store and wait for the pizza to be remade. This time they forgot to put cheese on half the pizza and I had to drive back to the store and wait for the pizza to be remade. The remade pizza was rushed and doughy, not consistent with what we normally expect. the store manager was rude and asked what we wanted to do about the pizza that was missing half its cheese. I asked if they could throw in a cheese bread since it took an extra half hour of my time and gas and the manager brushed off the request. I also asked if I could submit a customer satisfaction survey and the manager told me I’d have to search online how to do it.

Not sure how this place is still in business! Over an hour & 15mns for a delivery 10 mns away. When I call store to query, man answering the phone says once orders are out of the door, he has no idea how to track them! ?I have been to this place perhaps once every 2 years and they never fail to disappoint!!
