My fiancé just called about 15 minutes ago to order for delivery and a girl name Amanda answered the phone. After my fiancé told her he wanted to place an order for delivery she responded with a very, long and rude sigh like she was bothered and irritated that she had to take our order. So I told him to just hang up the phone and we ordered elsewhere. If you do not like your job then quit and find something else to do because obviously customer service is not your thing!

The pizza sauce was actually pasta sauce and you could tell. The pizzas were disappointing and nasty. The service was slow just to pick the food up. Doubt I’ll be back anytime soon.

Just had (07-May-25 in the afternoon) the worst pizza at Pizza Hut I've ever had. It seemed it wasn't fully cooked/baked. Boneless chicken wings were mushy, as well as the chicken in the pizza. Wife got sick from it. Never had such bad pizza from the franchise before.

I order cheese pizza for the kids and it is by far the worst pizza!!!! Very very, disappointed!!! The kids were vomiting all night!!!! The whole pizza is wet and soggy like it was never cooked. It is absolutely disgusting. I will never order from Pizza hut again and when you see Pizza Hut run for your life, stay out!!! Very disappointed and very bad!!!

Just ordered a NY style pizza and it is by far the worst pizza I've ever had. The whole pizza is wet and soggy like it was never cooked. It is absolutely disgusting. Whoever cooked it needs to fired immediately. I will never order from Pizza hut again and I'd advise everyone to go someplace else!! Save your money!
