Quickway Japanese Hibachi

Food tastes amazing as always and very large amounts of food. However I’ve occasionally ordered take out from here and when it comes to take out it’s not the best experience. I pre ordered through my phone and when I arrive this has been the third time they say my order was already made and given out. I’m assuming other customers are taking more than just their order. It’s easier to just order there and wait for your food. I ordered at 6:36 pm and arrived at 7 to give them enough time. I arrived and the cashier says they’re working on my order still; okay I sit down and wait and I see tickets being cleared and called out. I go to the person expediting the food and she says “ no I made that order along time ago and her face just got shifted. I said he’ll I’ve been waiting and she had even told me to wait till my name was called out so when I approached her again that’s when she kept saying she gave it to someone else. Took her a while to tell the staff to remake my ticket. I know how annoying this must be and how dishonest customers can be and want to lie to take more food. I felt her attitude change and her staff looked a little nervous. I tried to ease her up as I didn’t mind waiting I just wanted the food. I know it’s not her fault again and customers screw businesses over by taking other customers orders. I believe for how busy it seems at this location they should have a better system in place or at least have customers have to verify their orders before just saying it’s theirs without any conformation. Again great tasting food , workers are very hard working, love this place but when it comes to take out I suggest just order in person and wait for food instead of the app.

Good choice for a quick tasty dinner. Plenty of different combinations to try and always a good value. I usually order take out and get the hibachi with noodles, extra yummy sauce!

Decent fast hibachi food for the price. I recently ordered the 2 bowls + 4 springrolls deal for delivery but they forgot to pack the springrolls. Better to get takeout/dine in I guess.

I mean it’s good and all it’s just like to me it’s pretty overrated, but maybe it’s because I’ve been eating it for five years and I keep eating it too much But it’s good and if I’m really hungry, that food will be gone

1st time here and the food is okay, it lacks favor and spice. Very bland! Toddlers love it but If you have a want taste the Teriyaki sauce this is not the place for it. I wanted it to be so good! We got the tofu hibachi with extra sauce.

Noodles cooked perfectly and we get the combo dishes, very flavorful. Vegetables on top are cooked well also. Prefer this location over the southpoint one. Navigating the parking lot for me is a pain but the food is worth it :)

I walk in the restaurant to pick up my food. I go to the pick up & let the woman working know the name for the order. She couldn’t understand me because she only spoke Spanish which was fine. I pointed at MY FOOD & told her the name then I went to reach for it. She grabs MY bag & makes it to where I couldn’t reach it because she didn’t believe the bag was mine I assume. Even though I said the last name for the order (which doesn’t show up on the receipt) she hesitated. Finally a man walked over, I told him the name & was on my way. I felt like that woman could have went a different way than she did. I felt highly disrespected & under valued as a PAYING customer. Stafford location has the worst service. Needs to be fixed.

Yea honestly, I think this place is very underrated compared to other joints in the Garrisonville area. I'm curious to try more of their menu out, but the food came out very quickly, and the price is considerably lower relative to other Asian style businesses in the area. I enjoyed everything I ordered. I read that some people's orders were messed up, I will say, that probably could have happened to me. But I articulated very clearly what I wanted and how I wanted it, no problems for me. Solid place, and worth a try in my opinion.

Came in to pickup food only to find everyone on their phones doing absolutely nothing and when I asked about the food, they had no clue they had even received an order and didn’t have it ready, supposed to be ready 10 minutes prior. As well 2 of the guys on their phones couldn’t even speak English so they couldn’t help me

Very upset that the moment , when the order was taken… I’m very sorry I couldn’t understand her at ALL, then she began to start random food?? ??… well moving on, as we continued we realized,!!!! Maybe she was capable of making more in other words that we were thinking??????‍♀️??‍♀️. Anyway, love y’all life is okay. Namaste!!!! Oooh and the Salmon was very dry (oooh Nonono !!!!!!!) they try but///// must harder!!!!!!!!! Yesssss!!!!!!
