I just wanted to leave a comment in case anyone tries to just stop by and order! I went today (08Mar2021), and they're closed. Not sure if they went out of business for good or if they'll open back up eventually. So, just warning you the business is closed (we went maybe two weeks ago and they were open), so not sure when they closed or when/if they'll open back up....

They always have fresh delicious food and excellent service. We love this place!

Sushi is NOT the main focus here, but they do have 3 options. It was pretty good. Better than gas station and most grocery stores. Good flavor overall and for the amount, good value. The veggies egg roll was also very delicious. Recommend.

This Sarku needs to learn from Sarku of Laurel, MD. The Laurel Sarku has a dedicated sushi chef who makes great sushi. I was hoping to see the same quality in Stafford and my sushi rolls look like a kindergarten project. The service is going down and it was ok but it is getting worse.

They do a good job with social distancing food is good, wait was about 15 minutes maybe a little more which isn't too bad given the overall quality. I recommend it.

I love sarku! I always get the dumplings and chicken teriyaki and it’s my absolute favorite! 10/10 would recommend!

Unfortunately I did not like this food at all. I didn't finish anything in my bento box. Only the shrimp tempura, but they were bland and I wasn't even given sauce with them.
I went a few months ago, Sushi is "Mall Quality", it took 45 Minutes to get my order. Did not even try and finish the food I got, would prefer McDonalds to this.

Definitely a hidden little gem! It is what it is- don't expect first class $$$$ sushi but it's delicious, fast, and cheap! Great service too from the sweet girl at the front. I'll be back for sure!

This place used to be good. Now the food is subpar. They no longer make sushi as you order. They leave it out and say you have to take what they have in the case. The place had nobody in it and I asked if they can make it fresh. They told me no. My husband got sick after the last time we ate there so I asked if they can make it fresh so I know it was cooked. They told me no. I walked out and went to firehouse. Don’t waste your money

My husband and I have been here twice so far and each time has been wonderful. Their teriyaki sauce is so delicious. I get their bento box with chicken and shrimp. Make sure to specify which shrimp you'd like. They have grilled teriyaki shrimp or tempura shrimp. Both are delicious. Husband got the beef and I found it very tasty as well.. All the meats are cooked in the same teri sauce so I'd imagine they all taste similar. Food is never overcooked which I appreciate! Their bento boxes come with your choice of meat, rice(choice of white or fried rice is I remember correctly), side salad, 4 California rolls, 3 dumplings and a little bit of ginger and wasabi. Price is good for portioning. Can't wait to go back.

Used to be great but the quality is just not there anymore. Sushi is no longer made to order and out of the 6(?) kinds on the menu there were two in the case and only one package of one of those. The roll we got was mostly rice, VERY little filling. They were out of things that are supposed to go in the combo boxes, too, and out of SOY SAUCE!?!
They are closed for business! ☹
