We came twice to this Starbucks drive through and both times we were in the drive through for 30-40 minutes that’s crazy. Never again

39 minutes in the drive-thru is absolutely unacceptable! I’m not sure what the issue is but the drink was lukewarm and so was the sandwich. The cashier was extremely rude and dismissive.

Two for two. I get one drink from Starbucks. Before the closed the old location they got it right. And inside the Target next door they get it right. The first time i went to the new location they did not fill my $6 Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Brew. Then my wife goes a few days later and orders the same drink and again, did not fill the cup all the way. What is going on? This is a $6+ coffee. At least fill it.
And no, this isn’t an iced drink i asked for no ice in. This is suppose to come filled as it is a nitro cold brew. It comes filled with no ice. I’ve ordered this 100 times and they’ve messed it up plenty but never didn’t fill it. This place doesn’t seem to be doing well starting off.
And no, I didn’t take a sip just to complain. They handed us cups not properly filled. Once was whatever, this is twice now. Is this the new standard? If so I’m just gonna be done

Did an Uber eats order and two of my drinks were missing. I called the Starbucks and informed them and the supervisor on duty said they would remake the two drinks and I could come and pick it up. I went to the location to pick them up and they told me they would not remake the drinks and to contact Uber eats. I told them I already spoke to a manager and they said they would just remake the drinks. The person informed me that there was a shift lead change and there was a new supervisor who said they would not. This situation was extremely annoying and confusing. I just wish I hadn’t driven all the way to the location before being told something different.

New location with the same overwhelmed and slow staff. Even if they're not busy in store, Mobile orders prioritizing over drive-thru and in-store based on their time ordering system. Flooded with mobiles ahead of you? They're making 20+ drinks. Average wait has always been 20-25 minutes.
Ask for a refund, avoid at all costs.
30 min for a croissant. Very rude employees.

I ordered inside with the cashier and they somehow lost my drink order. I asked 3 staff about my drink and they couldn't figure it out. Took 20 min. Yikes.

Try the iced coffee
People really were not very friendly. Coffee was a "better than nothing" option. We were not really very impressed! Wouldn't go out of our way to return to this store.
