This location has to be one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The coffee we ordered had a strong burnt coffee taste, very disgusting, we had to throw it away. Either they’re using old coffee grounds or burnt coffee beans. I’ll be writing to corporate about this incident.

Go union! Because if I was your manager, I would fire all of you. Terribly slow, terribly rude Starbucks. Every time I pay six dollars for a cuppa coffee and tip a dollar I am embarrassed. Moving onto Dunkin’ Donuts.

I've never had an issue with my drinks or food, I do mobile orders on my way to work and I've almost never had to wait by the time I arrive to the store. HOWEVER, I should NOT have to ask for a STRAW every single time. It's a drink. Most people use straws to drink, especially if it's a drink made from mixing different ingredients that like to settle and need to be stirred up. And especially if it's frozen. Why do I have to ask for a straw EVERYTIME? I'm assuming this was a management or company policy to keep the straws behind the counter. Put the straws out front so people can grab them as needed instead of having to stop a batista mid-mix to grab me a straw!

This location is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. They continuously make drink orders wrong and when you ask for them to fix it, they get attitudes and/or continue to take orders and make them before remaking yours. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and returning at least two times per week because this is the closest location to me, but they continue to let me down. Their mobile order pick-up table is so unorganized, sometimes my order will be split on the table and counter or in another person’s drink carrier. I’ll drive out of my way to other locations from now on.

Made frequent Starbucks stops during my 20 drive. This store had quick service and clean bathrooms. This was not true for all my stops.

Staffed with 5 people, not busy. Watched the the one barista on her phone, drinking her own coffee and chatting with her coworker for a good 10 mins before starting any hot coffee.Will not be back. Service is awful.
