I stopped in on my way home off of I 95. I had a Blond Doppio in a for here cup, an Impossible Burger Breakfast sandwich đ„Ș and a pack of Madelines. The food and service was great. The staff was friendly.

Specialty coffees suddenly taste disgustingly bland. I donât know if theyâre only using half pumps of syrups, to try to save money but lately, every coffee I order is absolutely bland. Like drinking watered down milk with a hint of coffee. The first time I thought it was just a fluke so I ordered different coffees on several different days from this location and the same thing, Absolutely NO flavor. I thought my taste buds were dying but then I went to a different Starbucks and the coffee was great and tasted like I remembered it tasting in my 25 years of getting Starbucks so thereâs definitely something shady going on at this Starbucks in Embrey Mill. Either these people donât know how to follow the recipes or theyâre skimping to try to save money. Itâs super close to my house but Iâll have to drive to the other Starbucks so I donât waste my money. Has anyone else noticed this?

As a Starbucks barista traveling Iâm in so much disbelief at the lack of training and horrible service at this store. We were asked to wait at the speaker box, we waited 9 minutes and then were asked âhas somebody helped you yet?â Said no we got our order taken and I order 2 grande hot white mochas and I was asking for half pumps and it wasnât showing up as 2 pumps so I asked her to change it and was told âit only comes with 2â itâs supposed to come with 4 and nobody on headset made any effort to correct her because whenever we got to window the drink was of course made wrong because it doesnât come with only 2, but before we got our drink we were handed someones mobile order which wasnât even the same size as what we ordered. No cups written on either. I get it if it was close to closing youâre just tryna get out but 4 hours before and youâre this disoriented is wilddd

Please post signs for 30 min drink pick up parking. Your one way driveway around the building creates a situation where nobody parks in the parking lot that takes the extra 150-200 feet of walking (across the drive thru lane) because theyâre expecting to find a spot close to the entrance. And all of the employees take the best spaces close to the entrance. The result is -no available parking unless you drive around the building again and walk further. No well run company [with competition] would allow this.
That said, this is my Starbucks. The employees are fantastic, they need better management in this regard

My fiance and I will never come back to this one we waited a while till someone greeted us and took our order there were only 2 people inside they had their stuff already drive thru WAS NOT BUSY. We placed our order and waited a looong while. I kept hearing her call names but not our name I saw 2 cups on the counter THEY NEVER ONCE SAID OR CALLED OUR NAME. our order said it was 11:55 am and we got our drinks and left at 12:15pm what the hell???? Nope never going to this location again

I dont know why this one has low ratings. Everything Ive been here they are friendly and make the drinks great. If you head to the other one, my son and husband have had bathroom reactions. Do yourself a favor and go here.

Disappointed we stood at the counter a good 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Of the 5 employees we could see, one finally moved towards a different register and stood there which we took as an indication we should move to that register if we wanted service. One other couple was sitting at a table with their coffee and the drive through had at least one car that we could see - but they were not busy at all. Certainly not too busy to acknowledge we were there with a quick hello or letting us know they would be right with us. The checkout process was long and slow so perhaps the young man helping us was new, but again, no excuse for the disinterest from everyone else working. The order was ready without delay and the coffee was hot and tasted good. But horrible service. Service so bad it overshadowed the entire visit.

Very bad store. Over charge on any difference in an order. Manager NANY does not care about customers. Ethan on the other hand was doing his best to make up for it, playing clean up crew.
Starbucks needs to remember not to get too big for their britches! That's how businesses DIE. Let customers have a say. We are the reason the open the doors every day!

Just can't get the drink order correct on multiple occasions. Nothing like your favorite drink made wrong.
I've never had such root service at a starbucks.I have at this one.The manager, a young black woman, not racist here at all.Just stating the facts was very rude. I'm a smoker, and she told me in the state of virginia.You're not allowed to smoke at a drive through restaurant in your vehicle which is totally false.I tried to tell her this, and all she said was.You can call somebody and see if they care.I've had bad experiences at this restaurant and it's been going on for multiple times i'm being discriminated because I smoke if they want no smoking im drive thru, they should post it.Which is not posted, can't infringe?And take away my rights as a citizen in this country because I smoke.That's discrimination

Horrible customer service by ine of the girls that work here. I came in two days in a row and both days the customer service was horrible. First day she looked at me with this look of anger and as if I'm bothering her. They were really busy so I just kinda of accepted it as that and tried not to make a big deal about it. But then i came in the second day and they were not busy at all and the same girl, same attitude. I even tried to be nice and said thank you twice (once after i ordered and another after she gave me my drink) but no response. This is just unacceptable. I know she is very young but i was never that rude at her age and i worked customer service jobs for half my life.
Loved meeting a friend at this Starbucks location where they made my Almond Milk Mocha in a Starbucks Mug to enjoy in the store! The barista was very nice and made my coffee with styles!

Love this store! Very kind here. I come here more than I probably should. I am disabled so I stick to the drive through. Drive through has always been very fast.
