Stopped here on a road trip and had a wonderful experience! Was immediately greeted by several employees and had excellent service. My coffee came out quickly and was exactly what I ordered. The restrooms were clean and fully stocked. Overall a great Starbucks!

The location is convenient to the interstate. And the space is indeed large and accommodating. But the service is unbearably slow. I walked in at three pm and watched all the drive throughs who were in after me get their drinks first. Maybe this is a corporate directive. If so I’ll just give up on Starbs for good. But it should never take that long to get one drink with no one else in the place.

This Starbucks has great shaded seating! I am traveling on a hot summer’s day with a toddler and dog and this shaded spot really helped. The Sheetz and Chick-fil-A across the road don’t have good shade and they’re really busy.

Both times I have gotten drinks at this Starbucks have not been good. I ordered chai with two extra pumps of chai, and my drink was completely white and just tasted like milk :(

Terrible service!!?? Only the young man with black skin works while the girls play at doing nothing and the customers waste their time because they are not able to take an order correctly.

Mo the manager is amazing! We walked out of the new Starbucks at Emery Mills because that place is terrible and upon walking into this location Mo greeted us with "Hey, welcome". We expressed our displeasure with the Starbucks up the road and Mo was super professional and told us give it time and patience. The drinks were amazing and the staff pleasant. I think we found our new Starbucks (Don't go to Emery Mills, look at the reviews).
