Horrible customer service by ine of the girls that work here. I came in two days in a row and both days the customer service was horrible. First day she looked at me with this look of anger and as if I'm bothering her. They were really busy so I just kinda of accepted it as that and tried not to make a big deal about it. But then i came in the second day and they were not busy at all and the same girl, same attitude. I even tried to be nice and said thank you twice (once after i ordered and another after she gave me my drink) but no response. This is just unacceptable. I know she is very young but i was never that rude at her age and i worked customer service jobs for half my life.

Loved meeting a friend at this Starbucks location where they made my Almond Milk Mocha in a Starbucks Mug to enjoy in the store! The barista was very nice and made my coffee with styles!

Love this store! Very kind here. I come here more than I probably should. I am disabled so I stick to the drive through. Drive through has always been very fast.

Frappuccino was made extremely poorly. All ice and no flavor. Given how expensive the drinks are, this is unacceptable. I would not return to this location.

I stopped in to grab one drink on Thursday 8/7/25. Several Workers looked up when I walked in the door and didn’t speak. One person working the drive thru looked up and finally spoke after she finished with one of her customers. I ordered a venti iced blonde latte with cold foam. It took 15-20 min to make that one drink. The drive thru was long so I went in thinking it would be quicker service, well that was a mistake, that line cleared much quicker. Finally, the same lady that spoke asked what I was waiting for and I told her they could just give me money back taking that long to make one drink. They handed me my drink and not one person apologized for the wait. Yet when someone pays with a debit card the monitor ask if you want to tip. Why would I tip for poor service like that?! I was a very unhappy customer.

Went in today (June 26, 2025) at around 1:30pm, and ordered two drinks from inside. The female who took the order was very rude, as if I was inconveniencing her. They were not busy at all. The employee was very unprofessional. If I was the owner, I would be concerned.

Without fail EVERY morning you stand around waiting for them to brew coffee. 4 out of 5 mornings, they never have blond roast. I’m talking 7:45-8:00 AM—during the PEAK MORNING RUSH. I’ll never understand. It’s become very old, and a regular joke in my vanpool.

We get coffee from here all the time when we're on the road and the quality is usually pretty poor. Chai latte ranges from unrecognizable to watered down. I've had to drive all the way back to have our drinks remade. But the staff is friendly and fast. We usually never have to wait long in the drive thru.

After reading some of the other issues that customers have had over the last few weeks, I'm seeing that the owner is posting the same non-answer to all of them. Rather than flat out offering to make things right, the owner says if I need further assistance, please contact whatever.

Really? If that's your approach (read that: attitude!) as the Owner, then it's no wonder your barista, your employee, thought she could just pass me a scalding hot cup of coffee with a faulty lid on it ( was she waiting to see what would happen?! Or did she just not care?)
And it's no wonder regular Starbucks customers are finding this particular operation to be way below standards at best, and downright offensive at worst.

Dear Owner, you are getting honest reviews and they reflect upon you. You need to do something a little more proactive to address them. Otherwise, as things get more expensive than they already are, you'll see your competition prospering in several ways all around you.

First visit, though they've been here for a while.
Perfect visit...except for...
1. Bye bye toffe nut syrup. Nothing else is really the same. 😔
And 2. When I went for my refill, the lady gave me a nice, super hot freshly brewed cup of coffee...but the lid was clearly split. I think she should have known to do better. Luckily, I had planned on pouring it into my old cup anyway, but still...

Absolutely unacceptable. After my medically fragile daughter’s treatment, we stopped in—like we do every two weeks—to use the restroom and request a cup of water for her medication. We love stopping at this one because it's so close to highway. We usually spend quite a bit at each visit. She has a long commute for treatment at Children's National and this is a great stop. Usually. The district manager herself rudely refused us water unless we purchased something. My daughter can barely stand. We’ve spent thousands at Starbucks. Denying water to a sick child is beyond heartless. Shameful behavior. They stated it was a new policy. Businesses have rights l, but it doesn't make it right.
