A serviceable Subway, about average in every regard. It's located in a nice shopping area a little off the main drag so it never feels crowded. Restaurant is clean and I've never had a problem with my order. Plenty of parking.
Quality of food is just lacking. Customer service is terrible, you forgot part of my order and then when I go all the way back to the store to get it, you try to charge me for it? Terrible.
Amazing young lady named Hailey there! I'm not sure if she was the manager or just an employee, but she sure had the patience and kindness a manager should have! I had a gift card and wasn't aware how much was left on it, she politely helped me figure it out and when I didn't have enough on it to pay for my meal, as I didn't any other form of payment, she paid the rest for me. I can't describe how much her kindness meant to me. I wish all places hired this kind of customer service.
The food was amazing, the customer service was great, I came in yesterday and Alexis was super Polite, despite me having a complicated order. 10/10 I will definitely be returning soon! The food was amazing, the service was amazing, she definitely deserves a raise!
I found two pieces of black hair on my sub! It was so gross. Plus, I can’t even get a refund through the app.

There was a young man with brown hair on staff tonight either teen or young adult (about 8:45 Friday night) he helped make a large order for me with multiple subs. He was very patient, polite and customer oriented. Not sure if he's management but he has great leadership skills, and very professional. He deserves some recognition! If only all young employees had his personality.

I don't want to bother you, but when I wanted to finish my drink I noticed that there was some residue, I don't know if it was dirt or something, but the drink was disgusting. They need to clean those machines.
Customer service is very bad, the place is run by kids with no adult supervision, so I guess it’s expected.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. I placed an order for pickup at 8:30, I got there at 9:00 and my order still wasn't ready so I looked at the bottom of the receipt and saw "if it's not right, we'll make it right" I called Victor and he apologized for the inconvenience and promised to 'make it right' till date I am still waiting for him to fulfill his promise. I've called the number and texted all to no response. Fool me once, I will never go back there again!

Called to place a large order and young lady on the line just placed me on hold without mentioning. When I explained what I needed from another gentleman, he asked to leave my phone number and I would get a call back fromStore manager! 3 different employees to place a large order. I was so over it, that I went somewhere else.

Very polite and friendly young staff and service. I would note this to the management/owners: the crew was operating well but had no supervision 2 days in a row and was therefore unable to respond to a minor issue (the short story is: I presented a coupon for a free cookie but was accidentally charged). I called the day of the issue and received an apology, which is nice; but I still paid for a free item. I was passing by the next day and stopped in in hopes of getting my coupon back and received an apology again. Again, nice but not how sevice establishments typically run. There should be an experienced leader at least at most times with such a junior crew.

I gotta give it a 'poor'. Never had problems before ordering online and picking up; but, the last 3 times, the order (2 sandwiches) were always screwed up. Double-meat for hubby, single meat for me - 3 times they've screwed it up. One time, one sandwich was different from what was ordered. I shouldn't have to open the packages at pickup to make sure they are made correctly. After it was screwed up the 2nd time, we didn't tip on the 3rd time...and just as well because, it too, was screwed up. No "thank you" from the staff! Where does staff think the money for their salary comes from? If it takes an extra 10 minutes to make it right, then TAKE the extra 10 minutes to make it right.
