Very polite and friendly young staff and service. I would note this to the management/owners: the crew was operating well but had no supervision 2 days in a row and was therefore unable to respond to a minor issue (the short story is: I presented a coupon for a free cookie but was accidentally charged). I called the day of the issue and received an apology, which is nice; but I still paid for a free item. I was passing by the next day and stopped in in hopes of getting my coupon back and received an apology again. Again, nice but not how sevice establishments typically run. There should be an experienced leader at least at most times with such a junior crew.

I gotta give it a 'poor'. Never had problems before ordering online and picking up; but, the last 3 times, the order (2 sandwiches) were always screwed up. Double-meat for hubby, single meat for me - 3 times they've screwed it up. One time, one sandwich was different from what was ordered. I shouldn't have to open the packages at pickup to make sure they are made correctly. After it was screwed up the 2nd time, we didn't tip on the 3rd time...and just as well because, it too, was screwed up. No "thank you" from the staff! Where does staff think the money for their salary comes from? If it takes an extra 10 minutes to make it right, then TAKE the extra 10 minutes to make it right.

I went to this subway during lunchtime hour. My sub was made by one of the workers. However, while trying to check out to pay for my food, one of the workers was counting the money in the drawer which left me waiting to pay for my food. Well, I left the establishment without purchasing anything. HORRIFIC customer service.

This is the best subway shop I’ve been too, luckily it’s close to where I live so it’s my go to subway. I never get a bad sub, each time it’s just as good as the last and the employees are always so nice!
The kids they hire at this subway are GREAT, well mannered and detail oriented. We have had nothing but great experiences going here! Most times people put the negative reviews and dog out the employees…the guys that worked tonight display the type of customer service that others can truly learn from.

These two young men, Isaiah and Aiden, are awesome. They greeted us, explained menu options, and interacted so professionally. It was nice to go into a busy Subway restaurant and experience this level of service. Subway is so fortunate to have these two high schoolers running this place flawlessly!

Today I went into subway and I had the best experience of my life. I had a very kind employee named Cult. He was a very polite gentleman. And he recognized me from court and T.V. The food was amazing, and delicious. I got a bbq and it was very good and he made sure it was the way I wanted it. The place was clean and spotless. I do not usually go out to eat but I will definitely go out to eat here more. Best food and customer service ever.

It is with the upmost pleasure that I write this review to let you know just how bomb ? this Subway is! Mr. Vee (the owner) has the cleanest store in town. The window glass and doors outside are incredibly spotless clean the moment you arrive and pull in front providing you a glimpe of the goodness that awaits you! Walk -in and you will be walking into one of the most charming and loving environments! This is so clearly evident because the entire establishment is super clean ! So super , in fact , it’s “sooooooopppppper” and that’s not even a word but there are no words to put describe how clean this place actually is ! The kitchen is immaculately clean and you won’t ever have to second guess proper food handling and sanitation here! Believe me I’ve seen it with my own two eyes ? The temperature is set right so you will be cozy- certainly heavenly! You could bring your laptop and feel right at ?. Additionally, the women’s bathroom (and I’m sure the men’s as well ) is exceptionally clean and you can tell that great hygiene is practiced here! I literally watch the employees constantly washing their hands and changing gloves. All of the food is so fresh it glows !!When it comes to the staff.. they are delightful to help! Please keep in mind how extremely difficult and tiring it can be- to deal with so many different customer faces and personalities, yet , they maintain and handle each customer with respect and patience! Extremely peaceful and positive people… they are one of a kind. Friendly and gracious ?. Mr. Vee is an amazing entrepreneur. Charismatic, gentle and patient. He will take time to stop what he isdoing right away and assist you without hesitation. Here he has cultivated such a unique originality to the place that is undeniable! So much so , that , even the customers are generous to help out and look out for another..wooow what a loving atmosphere!. In this place everybody wins! What beauty!!!! I encourage you to come here for a visit you won’t want to go to any other Subway! Nowadays You can’t find such quality of food , friendly-family oriented establishments like this anymore !!
