Got a 6 inch sub. Flatbread was stale and crunchy, spinach was old and soggy, service felt like I was intruding instead of welcomed. I've been into hundreds of subways and usually never write bad reviews but this place wasn't good

I was very disappointed in their service today, I had to leave the store and go to the the firehouse grill. It was my first time I ever had to do that. I love their custom made subs but today the environment was different, the people put 3 people in the oven before after asking what I wanted. Then when I said never mind I see your to busy the girl laughed at me and said go head she was busy I was just there 2 weeks ago and got the best service I don't know what happened, I really hope they fix problem, I order food from here for my employees and my mother does too! I just hope nobody ever runs into her

Food is good but the two girls they had on staff were far from professional....the lady in front of me didn't speak well English and they treated her not so nice, while also talking about drugs right in front of us which was a little shocking to me.

Went in to get lunch, lady making sandwich’s was sniffling and acting weird, continued to start making my sandwich wrong I got charged for three cookies when only asked for two. Then as I’m checking out the lady who just made my sandwich says out loud “ im think I’m getting sick my head and throat hurts as she’s sniffling. I didn’t even eat my food and it was $17.50.

Completely rude and extremely passive aggressive, used to love this location but the new staff is so unprofessional and will say snarky comments under their breath throughout preparing your order. Don’t waste your time at this location

Went in today and they had only 2 types of bread made after the store had been open for an hour. Of course it was the bread with only allergens. We left without ordering. The female employee didnt seem to care that she had not prepared the store properly to open.

Placed an order online for pickup. My son and I wanted a B.L.T . There website does not have it as an option for some reason. Called and asked how I should place my order for those 2 sandwiches I would like. I was told to make it as a veggie delight , click the bacon button that is$0 .75 then click extra bacon . Well , there is no extra bacon option. Also, realized I would be paying extra money for a B.L.T due to their online menu mistakes. I was told to just click bacon and he would take care of the sandwiches , making sure they would be a B.L.T . It was to my surprise when my husband came home my son’s and my sandwich had 2 small pieces of bacon…. So yeah , thanks for that.
