Said they open at 11. Brought my kids after a concert for a treat. Got there 11:10...the light on the front said open but door was locked and no one inside. Tried calling, no answer and voicemail full. Don't trust their hours if you plan a trip.

Granddaughter won a gift card at their display tent last week at the Stafford Court community gathering. THE CARD said up to $5.but they sell by the weight on the scales.of course it came to more than she had.I think they should have a cup set up for such an occasion. The ice cream was great but the parents get stuck every time.

Prior to today (13Sep), I hadn’t been to the Sweet Frog on 610 in Stafford in over a year. The service is definitely not as I remember. The young Latino guy working there today went out of his way to avoid me. While fixing my toppings for my son, he walked over to where I was and almost grabbed the tongs that I was reaching for. All the while, he avoided eye contact and failed to acknowledge me with any courtesy. I walked over to the register and he continued to ignore me and remained in the toppings area until I got his attention. He stared at me in a threatening manner before coming over to the register. I told him that he needed to greet all of his customers as does the owner when she’s there. I asked how long had he been working there and he said only about a month. When my boys and I sat down, my son went up to the register area for napkins but there were none in the dispenser. He simply ignored my son and walked away. When I asked him for napkins, again he stared at me in a threatening manner and fuming with hate in his eyes, he ignored me. After five minutes or so, he put more napkins in the dispenser. As white and Latino customers came in, I observed how he greeted them in a very polite and courteous manner. I also, observed that when a black man walked in with his little girl, he did not acknowledge him nor offer him the same courteous greeting. As my boys and I exited the store, he told us to have a nice day but in a rude and sarcastic manner. Both my boys noticed it. The lack respect and courtesy displayed by this young man is not a good representation of the warm and inviting atmosphere that my boys and I enjoyed here in the previous six years . And after today’s experience, I’m not sure we will be returning to this location anytime soon!

Nothing special it's primarily self-service. The available flavors and what seems to be endless toppings for your ice cream is what my children love.

Kid-friendliness: There are many things here for a child's entertainment. You have a TV displaying cartoons, various displays to take pictures and the ice cream toppings are more for the kids than adults.
