Why did I go thru the drive thru around one thirty and ordered fresh cooked to order nacho fries, and this girl in the drive thru? Had the audacity to tell me that they were going to be fresh guess What? They just warmed them up in the microwave? How pathetic is that? nobody wants NO soggy old fries? What were they thinking? I'm a food critic when I say fresh, it means fresh! not microwaved or warmed up

i hate when ppl especially young dirty handed ppl play over my food and getting smart i simply asked for steak on my nacho fries he goes back and forth with two or three times and i see now im not the only one thats has received backlash from your personal at the end of the day this child should not be going back and forth with me about no tacos and i get home i will leave what i recieved i have spent my childhood coming here and never in my life have a been drained by and order a simple as tacos ! grow up stop playing over ppls food! i want my food i don’t pity no one who disrespectful. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION! They will substitute all of the meat in your order with potatoes. It's happened multiple times to me and now I have to fight with door dash and Uber eats AGAIN to get a refund. Just cancel my order if you don't have what I ordered and don't charge me the premium I just paid to intentionally screw me over. I'll never order delivery from here again! THIS IS THE THIRD TIME!!!

First time at this location. Ordered soft taco and a side nachos. Service was polite and prompt. Tacos were generously filled but I literally got 8 chips in my bag for nachos. Just the chips n cheese used to be a dollar and something. I would complain less if that were the case but 3 bucks for 8 chips and a little container of cheese is ridiculous. Other than that everything was ok. It's Taco Bell. Expectations aren't that high.
