The service I had through the drive through was great! No complaints there. As for the food… absolutely ridiculous. I understand this is Taco Bell but come on.. what is this!? Literally all lettuce and shell, where’s the meat 😂 ?? 12 pack of tacos and they’re all like this. Waste of money.

Do NOT go during the night shift, you food will always be wrong and they are about ready to throw it at you when you ask for a remake. The afternoon shift has the nicest and best workers there, if you have to come here, do it during lunchtime.

I went to the Taco Bell on Garrisonville Rd Stafford and had the most pleasant experience. The cashier that took my order was funny and patient while I decided what I wanted to eat. Brandon was not inconvenienced by being at work. Thought he should receive some type of recognition for providing exceptional customer service. Thank you Brandon!

Second time I go to this location and last. The employee was so nice and friendly but once I got home I was livid. Just got off work super late it was around 12:00 at night and order the luxe box the taco has a tiny bit of meat like straight lettuce and just cheese next the 5 layer burrito was just tortilla with beans and sour cream like I know it comes with cheese and nacho cheese and NOTHING honestly I should’ve drove back and complained but I was so tired! Just wanted to eat and go to sleep after but couldn’t even enjoy my food. NEVER go to this location! Go somewhere else or to a different location but this is the second time they do this to me 😡

The ends of my quesadilla had no meat which for how much you are paying it should be full. The staff was super friendly and food came out fast, and I like the new app update.

If you enjoy donating your hard earned money to multi billion dollar companies, this is the place for you. I have never once received all of my items in my orders. Despite trying to resolve these issues in person, I still walk away empty handed and empty pockets. Order of nacho fries? How about a handful of sauce packets. 2 Gordita crunches? How about 1 taco. And the app is even worse. I stopped using that after I was told they were sold out of an item I ordered but they could not offer a substitution or refund. Customer service is nonexistent. I’m throwing in the towel and giving up hope that this location will ever be anything more than intolerable.

The staff here seems to be simply incompetent and don't care about their customers or quality of service. I have placed 3 orders through the app at this location and a couple through Doordash. Each and every order has had items missing. The most recent order? 2 items. So half of my order was missing. Your best bet is to go somewhere else or to a different location if you value your money at all. I simply refuse to give any further business to this location as they can't seem to handle the simplest of orders.

Yo, whoever you have on staff tonight (8/18/24) was AMAZING! I'm a Taco Bell fanatic and this was probably my best ever experience at a Taco Bell. There was a lot of beef in each item, the nacho cheese was piping hot, and the lettuce was crisp and chilled perfectly. 10/10, experience all around. My only regret is that I live out of state so this is probably the only chance I'll have to eat at this location...Definitely will stay in my heart for my whole life. Thank you, Stafford Taco Bell! Y'all should be the industry standard for Taco Bells.
