if I could give this place a zero star I would! Mary G was the cashier that night after the app and the kiosks were down. I had a simple question about if I was able to order a customized cravings box in store after the app was down. She rudely gestured to the menu behind her and rolled her eyes. After I asked if I was able to customize my box, she’s said everything was made to order. After taking that as a yes, I was able to customize, I started to order but she rudely interrupted me spoke to me like I was stupid and that they did not allow build your own in store after I thought she just implied that. I then asked if I could get a normal combo meal and replace a hard taco for a soft taco. She said yes, TWICE, and I still did not get my soft taco. Mary G was also very rude and impatient to other customers in the establishment! Do NOT go here if you want taco bell, they were taco HELL! #Chud

Soggy and distorted-looking mexican pizza! It was thrown together in a rush! Way too much sauce, and the cut was way off!! And we were the only customers there! I just don't understand the big rush! I will Never eat at this location again.

We went around 8 pm waited for 20 mins by drive through to just place the order my baby was crying i placed the order online while still waiting in drive through line i placed the order to the wrong location. The guy was like go there i said will you please take my new order her since i waited 25 min with my baby crying he is like not go back to line i said I already waited 20 mins it will be another 20 to 40 mins he said either you move or i am calling the police he walked away without listening to any another word he called the police. Unfortunately the police officer was extremely rude too and he said you should leave without hearing the whole conversation he also saw my baby was crying in the back and acted like I committed a crime. I feel so bad and disappointed drove to another location.

NOT a fast food establishment. Came in at 9pm and there was no line several people working but took several minutes for someone to take my order. After taking my order it took so long to fill my order that I had to leave and go to the gas station next door to pick up my family. By the time I loaded up two children and got back my order was just then coming out. Look at the photo for myself but I believe they got my order wrong. I ordered a steak bowl with extra meat, charged for extra meat but to me it was just one serving. Not sure what’s going on plenty of people at work there, only saw one drive through car which was taken care of immediately while I stared and waited. Definitely don’t recommend this Taco Bell unless you have lots of time to waste. And definitely don’t bother going inside you will be left waiting. On the positive side the food was hot and seemed on par with typical Taco Bell food standards.
