The overnight lady, I believe her name is Danielle, basically cussed us out when we simply asked to refund or replace our order. The sour cream on the tacos tasted spoiled and she accused us of lying stating she had it earlier and it tasted fine. All we asked for was new tacos without sour cream. She was very confrontational and slammed the windows in our faces 3 times and we still got sour cream on our new order. She's a joke and the customer service was terrible. I understand why they put her on the overnight shift. Go to the one on 610 if you want a quick taco. Avoid this place overnight.

The Sad part about this post is that this Taco Bell is the only close one in this neighborhood. So today Saturday 5th of October around 7:30PM my family decided to eat Taco Bell ( Biggest regret) to order from this place! Once I walk in and decided to check my order to make sure my food was done correctly, on the process of doing this one of the workers was given me a major stared down I believe it was the manager because once I told her that one of my tacos was done wrong and I ask her twice to see if they can redo it she didn’t answer me until I ask the third time. Her answer was “next time make sure to check your order” and ask someone else to redo my food. I thought this place was going to be great but that is not the case and for this Taco Bell to succeed they need to change their customer service or rehire new people that cares where they work. Not just for a paycheck!!

The staff is nice, but both times I’ve been, I’ve had to pull around and wait for my food. For a new location with limited patrons, it’s a little ridiculous.

As for food quality, I just paid for extra meat in a chicken cantina taco…and I didn’t get it. Look, it’s not usually a big deal, but I paid a large upcharge for someone to overlook it. And who’s to say other things aren’t messed up.

So yes, the staff is nice….but the service is not great. I shouldn’t be paying the amount of money I am, agreeing to paying more expecting more, to receive the bare minimum portion. Must mean we’re not reading the order, or the manager is an ass.

Ordered a Baja blast Gelato for pick up and it was melted when I picked it up. I feel like they should’ve put it in the bag when I got there rather than just letting it sit out. Customer service really needs to be worked on. I will make the longer drive next time to the other Taco Bell in the area.

This is the 2nd time I been there and told them no onions in my food and they still find a way to mess it up. If they were not so busy in the back talking trash about the customers in the drive through using racial slurs and all they might be able to get an order right! And it was all of them not just one all of them. The owner really needs to go and rehire everyone in that store waste of time and money

Brand new Taco Bell with the rudest staff we've ever encountered. Missing 8 items on a large ticket, no sauces. If you don't want to be there, then just quit. There's no reason to be rude and nasty to anyone. I'll be contacting corporate to lodge a complaint and get my money back.

One week opening. Next to the 7-11.
Obviously clean. Staff attentive. My wife and I had our typical taco supreme combo meals which were very good. Tried the new crunch wrap supreme. It was very doughy and difficult to eat without a lot of additional sauce and plenty of drink to wash it down.

*Note this review was completed without using ridiculous un-discriptive terms like out-of-bounds, OMG, on point, awesome, the bomb, yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, or kids emojis etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No disrespect to the employees but no one cares about the waiter/waitress/clerk names, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.

The employees are very friendly and courteous. That is true, however, the meat portions are very small and all of my items have been loaded with sauce and other toppings to make the burritos/tacos appear bigger. I had a disappointing first experience and wanted to give them another chance since they're new. The second experience was generally okay, but the aforementioned meat to toppings ratio is still a problem. In addition, the soda was flat and I was not given any napkins or the sauce packets I requested. I will make the longer trip to other locations in the area next time.
