Place isn't what it advertised as, this is a hip-hop bar!Only a few sandwiches on the menu, had blt and bread was dry. Bartender had to take our order since waitress was to busy talking.

We came to dine in with friends and with 2 vets in our party and all our kids in the service we excited to come check out this "gem". The first impression was already not good as the place looks nothing like the images on the website. Looking at the website we expected a classy and maybe little old fashioned steak house type place. What we found was a grimy bar atmosphere with a waitress that didn't have a clue about anything. I doubt she ever got any kind of training. The menu, also, is quite different than the menu on the website. The bar seemed to be out of most things, apparently even water which I asked for several times and ended up getting myself from the bar. We ended up leaving after 3/4 of a round of drinks, because we weren't going to chance it with the food. My bad for not reading the reviews ahead of time, but the owner/manager calling a patron a hateful individual speaks volumes of the attitude at this place.

Sad! This was the place to go back in the day, however it has sadly lost its charm!Maintenance on the facility is lacking and it's run down. Even the parking lot is nasty!I've wanted to visit for years and finally got the opportunity and I'm disappointed I went.The pictures look great, should have gone when the Major was there! Coffee was great and fresh but wasn't about to try the food, sketchy!

Basic bar food, nothing Majestic about it. Staff was friendly but don't go with a large group like we did. Meals came out at vastly different times. I was done with my meal before many at our table had been served. Interesting atmosphere if you are into military memorabilia.

Great place to wind down after a long day. The Chicken tacos and shrimp so tasty.The line dancing was amazing 3 snaps in the air for the line dancing ladies.Oh and the drinks also amazing thanks to the best bartender in the county BETH.

We waited 45 minutes, no drinks or water. Terrible Service. Several families left when we left. When we asked if our food order was placed, the answer was no. We left. I would never stop there again!!!!!

All I can say is I went to smoke a stick after me and my girlfriend left the Bowman distillery and this place has the best atmosphere and some of the finest people I have met while being away from home. I didn't feel like a stranger but was welcomed like family. Good service , Matt is an awesome dude and was on point with service. We had a hard time leaving because of the service and people. A celebration of the armed services and the owner was like family. I will definitely be making trios back for weekend drives.

What a unique experience. My little brother is a USMC Veteran and I had a blast walking around the restaurant taking photos of all the memorabilia. I'm sure this turns into a lively spot at night and on the weekends. We utilized the private backroom for a business meeting/lunch and the owner was so accommodating! He opened early for our group and gave us the best server/bartender in the place to keep our drinks and food flowing. The portions were great and all the food was good. There was a good selection of healthy and indulgent items on the menu to make sure everyone in our group was happy.

Love the Globe and Laurel. Wonderful staff, amazing food and great atmosphere. We visit every time we are in town. The owner and staff are like family. So welcoming. Can’t say enough. Love it.

I love the atmosphere at The Globe and Laurel. Military history displayed on the walls. The pasta was phenomenal. The portions are very generous. My husband had one of the burgers.
