I cannot speak to the taste of the cakes, but the staff member that I worked with (Elizabeth) was extremely helpful and patient with me. I ended up not purchasing due to budgetary restraints, but I was very impressed by the time, attention and suggestions that Elizabeth gave to help me with my decision. Even when I told her I was not able to move forward with purchase, she was gracious and understanding. I would definitely think about doing business here in the future due to the great customer service.

We couldn't recommend the bakery enough to anybody interested in anything from a wedding cake to a few cupcakes. Everything that we have had from here has been amazing. The cakes are so soft, the fillings are flavorful, and the icing is the perfect amount of sweet. The design of the wedding cake and flavors (lemon blueberry) were perfect, and they even offered a small anniversary cake as part of the whole wedding package. We just picked that up last week, and the strawberry lemonade was just as good as everything we had last year.

I ordered a custom birthday/anniversary cake. I had scheduled ahead of time for it to be picked up on a Monday. Elizabeth and I communicated via email and I had a friend pick it up for me while I tried keeping everything a surprise from my husband inbetween time crunches. I had been told the previous Saturday that the shop was closed on Monday so the baker would hand it off to them (on the baker's day off, which did not go unnoticed to me; thank you for doing that!). The cake was exactly what I had asked for and then some! My husband was surprised, the cake was mostly devoured, and it was delicious.

We had a consultation with Miss Kate for a wedding cake. She was very patient and kind with all of our indecisive ideas (we had a general idea but changes a few things as she sketched them out). The price for Icing's cakes from a wedding standpoint are reasonable, and the consultation fee was just as reasonable (can never knock down cake tasting). Especially considering the details and hard work they put into all of the designs I've seen from them. Regardless and all in all, we loved the experience. The inside was very clean, the staff were incredibly friendly and very professional, and the diabetus was very tasty! And are thankful for Kate's time. We look forward to tasting the CF in September!

Their hispanic baked goods were the BEST and FRESHEST me and my Mexican husband have ever had! They have an entire wall of options, not to mention the CUPCAKES. Will definitely return.

Very unorganized! It was my dad’s birthday party and we wanted cupcakes. Their website had conflicting information about what was available (summer flavors vs spring flavors). We went to the store to confirm (which was good because it was even different than the website). Ordered on Tuesday at the store to pick up the upcoming Sunday. Come Sunday and they never filled the order. They didn’t have any of the flavors we ordered available to put together that day. They said we would get a refund, but the person didn’t have authority to give a refund. She called her boss who didn’t pick up. She said she would give us a refund the next day but they are closed which she forgot about. So now we have to make another trip there to get a refund (and we had to ask for the receipt back as she didn’t give us anything back to say we didn’t get it for when we need return to get the refund). What a mess!

Great experience working with The Icing Baking Company. They did our wedding cake and it turned out great! Delivery went smoothly and was super easy.

Quaint locally-owned bakery with a small selection of premade pastries and cupcakes. From photos others have posted, you can tell they are talented bakers. Their pastries are delicious. The interior is clean but not much to look at. Very minimalist decor.
