Ordered 2 detox island smoothies and both were extremely watery, you do not even taste a hint of the ginger whatsoever. More like a slushy with no taste. I’ve had these smoothies before first time it tastes this bad.
Staff was polite and quick with my order. The bowl was delicious plastic and all. Spoon was good too.
Can’t rate the food because it really depends on who makes it. My complaint is that your store advertises a smoothie for 4.99 when you add ANY food item. No small print under that on your menu specifying anything else and it’s been that way when I order my pb banana crunch and a smoothie. Today not only did Jayden put my order in wrong but also explained to me that the 4.99 smoothie is only that price with lunch items. One thing I don’t play about is my hard earned money so not only do I have to wait for a refund that could have been avoided if Jayden was more attentive on taking orders then looking me up and down as if we on the streets but I was also overcharged for my smoothie so either way I walked out ripped off. Highly unappreciated and if what he is saying is true I would fix the false advertisement on your menu. Do better
Went to this location for lunch. While there my family and I watched the tall female employee go to the bathroom with her apron and one plastic glove on….. some minutes later she came back out still wearing the glove and went right back to work. When brought to the mgr’s attention, he said he would address it.

I placed an online order and drove only minutes to get there - both my smoothie and wrap were already ready!! Everything was really tasty and I felt good after enjoying my drink and food!! I The place is themed nicely and has a good selection! I am on a non dairy diet currently and easily was able to find something that met my needs. They keep your smoothie cold in a fridge while waiting for you to arrive. Will definitely be coming back! :)

I went in for a healthy smoothie, but it ended up being way too sweet to feel truly healthy. I don’t regret trying it, but I probably won’t get it again. You might have a different experience, though!

Customer service was extremely horrid. Manager Darayan would consistently cut me off while placing my order, asking am I done after every order as if he was rushing me off the phone and when I asked for description of menu items i was told he did not have time to speak with me and to figure out what I want or get details online. When coming to location I requested for district managers information to inform him of locations conduct. I was then told he cannot give out that information and all complaints will be directed to him since he’s the manager. Not only that, I am a vegetarian and ordered the humus wrap. once getting home and especting my order I found chicken in my meal! i feel this was done out of pure disrespect after I informed Daryan on the phone that I am a vegetarian . Extremely disappointed in this location.

I am so appreciative of the staff here. I wanna give a special shot out to marvin who has dealt with my 4 shot protein shake for months now. I haven't been the most patient with him but he was always patient and exceptional character. I'm always happy to see Dustin who makes my day that much better. Thanks guys

The children at this location need to be retrained, I waited 20-25 minutes for a mobile pick up order. I understand things get back up but if my drink has been sitting in the fridge for some time when I asked if my order was ready and all you keep saying is we are back up. Then that’s an issue and just being careless.

I ordered an Açaí Berry Boost and they gave me an Açaí bowl. When I said that’s not what I ordered the cashier said “oh” and then started helping the next customer. Also, after I ordered, the cashier tipped himself $3 on the screen. I would say that I won’t ever come back here, but the service was so bad it’s actually entertaining. It reminded me of one of those restaurants that the waiters insult you because that’s the whole theme. Also the Detox Island Green that I got for my wife tastes like someone put grass shavings covered in dog pee through a blender ?

Not all Tropical Smoothie Cafes are created equal, which is what I learned last week and it compelled me to write this review after visiting again today. I’ve been ordering mobile pickup via Google and now their app from this Stafford location for a few months now and I have to say: 1. They make smoothies better than other locations (for example, I couldn’t even taste the added peanut butter or other additions I paid extra for at a different location I ordered from twice in North Carolina—fairly certain one time they just flat out forgot it). 2. I highly appreciate the Stafford team keeping pickup order smoothies in the actual fridge/freezer behind the counter until you get there!! The other location did not do this and the smoothie gets runny! 3. The team members up front helping are always friendly, smiling, joking at times, helpful and honestly fun to see each time I go in there. It’s a busy location and it runs well. Kudos to them.

Went it to purchase food and a smoothie. All the tables were filthy. My husband kindly asked if someone could wipe down one of the tables so that we can dine in. The man in the back said something smart to the other workers and ignored us.
