I waited 35 minutes for a wrap and a smoothie. Cashier kept walking away as soon as the line died down to avoid being confronted. 30 minutes in, I asked how long the wait would be, she mumbled something, walked away, and 5 minutes later put the bag on the counter and walked away without a word. Is this my food? Who knows!All the while, I'm watching the guy and girl by the kitchen window horseplaying and dancing in front of everyone, pushing each other, touching their street clothes with their gloves, treating the kitchen like a playground.Get your house in order.

The staff at this location doesn’t take the time to assist mobile orders. Drinks are placed in a small refrigerator behind the counter which requires their assistance to acquire, leaving you standing there for quite some time, trying to get someone’s attention to actually put some effort towards sorting through the orders in the fridge to find your particular order(s). I observed that the management in place seems to have the register take in orders just to have customers wait upwards to 30 minutes.

Food is better than most of the fast food options. Restaurant itself is pretty barebones and welcoming, so I hate staying here long. Staff can be pretty braindead and rude, screwing up our orders and then getting mad at us when we confront them on the issue. Delivery options can be really frustrating because the staff will forget a meal option or an add-on, resulting in me having to contact DoorDash to fix the problem. Wouldn't order here if it wasn't for the fact it's one of the healthier options in our region.

Smoothies are good and the food options too. Only improvement I could suggest is making Breakfast wraps bigger or include some breakfast-like side in the price, I was still hungry. Fam is a fan.

As expected but been getting worse and worse on time. Nothing but people waiting crazy amounts of time. Waited for my smoothie while my food got cold and colder. Food was prepared nearly 25mins before my smoothie. Very poor experience.
Whoever made my smoothie killed it! Service was quick and the inside was spotless. :)

I don't understand how I can go to any other tropical smoothie Café in the other surrounding areas and order a GREAT TASTING smoothie but when I come here it is always watered down and nasty tasting-ALWAYS! They need to stop skimping on the ingredients. I have been trying to give this place a go for years but they are the worst.
