What a HORRIBLE Walmart with slow service! Definitely not coming here anymore. The place was packed with lots of very odd looking customers too!

If you come here to get a oil change be prepared to be here For two hours And you can be the second person in line waiting but you will be here two hours or three hours just for oil change makes no sense at all this is the worst

Absolutely TERRIBLE management. All one demographic of sass and disrespect. Many are standing around doing nothing - talking, playing on their phones, and blatantly rude to customers. Absolutely worth paying more to hit up the target, or wait in traffic for an hour to go to the Fredericksburg Walmart. Pretend this one never existed. Until they clean sweep those lazy managers and their lackey employees, I won't be shopping here at all. It's so GHETTO smh!

Really poor customer service! Ordered 2 items online for in-store pickup. The in-store pickup transaction stated the items were in stock and available for same day pick up. I placed the order in the morning. As evening approached, still no text (you are required to place a phone number with your order so they can contact you). I stopped in, and the woman working the pick-up area first told me that my order was not in her system. Then stated we needed to provide her with an order #...no problem, done. She laughed again, and stated the order was not in her system. When I described what the item was, she rolled her eyes and stated that she cancelled the entire order. When I questioned why she didn't call and let me know, she stated that it was a different company that was handling that....the different company is "walmart.com". (she did have my phone number after all). When I questioned why walmart already charged my credit card for the purchase, she said it was a different company...."walmart.com". Her manager came over and couldn't give me an answer as to when they would give me a credit, since they charged me for merchandise that they never had in the first place. I asked them to clarify why there website stated they have merchandise in stock when they don't. Their answer: a different company manages their inventory, "walmart.com".

This location does not show up on Yelp for some reason, only the Garden and Photo centers. The downside is that it also means it does not show up in Apple Maps, so when we were looking for a Walmart near our hotel, it told us there was a Neighborhood location where there was a subdivision and then it told us the next closest location was a few miles out past this one. Whoever is managing Walmart's social media presence should look into and fix this. The store itself had a weird layout, I'm used to the pharmacy being on the left when you first entered and here it's like Target where it's in the middle of the store next to groceries. They did have a revamped electronics section which looked a lot nicer than the average store. I wish they would carry the Fiji waters in the sport bottle multi-packs.

tell me why i wasn't id'd on my 21st birthday when i was with my 16 year old sister, but y'all id me today as i'm pregnant and with my 24 year old husband. y'all refused to sell him beer when he was showing you his dependent military id with my birthdate on it.

Great place to shop. This Walmart is great for disabled they always have electric carts and the friendly employees who are always willing to help.

This is the local hangout spot..lol Lived in Stafford for six months now and this is the place to get most of your household needs.. This store is always crowed after 4pm on the weekdays, and noon on the weekends.
They made and decorated a cake for a birthday in less than a day, my saviors! Great service!

I came here with my brother in law to get an oil change done to his car, after we turned in his car we waited almost 3 hours when we were the third car in line, there were cars that were behind us that finished before us, never coming back here again.

This location is way over crowded even in the middle of the week, everything is backwards and poor selection in bakery and VERY poorly stocked. They have party/birthday supplies next to garden center???? What? They need to open another location off of garrisonville Rd

I hate that I continue to go to this location like it's my only choice. Yesterday, 9/11 (RIP, never forget) I went because I was feening for a specific item by Little Debbie. This store is OFTEN out of stock of many items; management has not gotten it right yet to not allow their shelves to go bare. No store should show their "nakedness". Having bare shelves gives the perception that you run outta *bleep* TOO OFTEN. It doesn't matter that you have a 3rd shift crew who mainly do restocking. This location be running out of the common stuff, milk, eggs, bread. Their bare shelves look like many people were in a panic & bought up all the necessities.

The auto/tire center at this WalMart is outstanding. I have had my oil changed, a headlight bulb replaced and had my headlights refurbished here. They are cheerful, helpful and friendly, most importantly they are efficient
