Ok so I didn’t know the chili I made with cut up pieces of a burger patty? I called back they said it hamburger you know. Like for real this is ridiculous.

I ordered a Bacon Baconator meal. I noticed no bacon sticking out so I opened the bun and noticed my serving of one strip of bacon cut in 3 tiny pieces.
I went and asked the manager if this is normal or on the skimpy side. They said that's what corporate dictates and they can't and won't do anything about it. I said I wanted to make sure they're not willing to make it right before I leave a review. Nonetheless, here's the review. Not coming back to a Wendy's again.

Tonight, I had an incredibly disturbing experience at the drive-through. After placing my order, I proceeded to the window to pay and wait for my food. Shortly after, an extremely agitated employee came to the window and informed me that my order was delayed due to the spicy nuggets. He instructed me to park and wait, claiming it was because of the drive-through timer, even though the drive-through was empty.
His agitation escalated quickly; he began yelling and shaking, displaying highly unprofessional and volatile behavior. Feeling uncomfortable and unsafe, I asked his co-worker for the agitated employee’s name. Shockingly, the co-worker responded dismissively, saying, "You don’t need to know my name because I’m quitting."
The entire ordeal left me appalled not only by the erratic and unacceptable behavior of the first employee but also by the lack of intervention from his co-worker. It took about 10 minutes to receive a refund, during which I felt increasingly uncomfortable and unsafe. This experience was deeply unsettling, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by the staff.

I Had placed a mobile order asking for a Daves single with no cheese as I have a sensitivity to cheese only to get home to find out that my burger had cheese on it which was a waste of my money & its too Late for me to drive back over there after a long shift.

Drive thribdude was horrible. He said "phhhhhhh" with an eye roll, because he didn't get two of our sandwiches. Acted like I put him.out. and when I did get the food it was all wrong.
