After placing a mobile order, I went through the drive-thru to pick it up. The employee was unwelcoming, did not greet me at the speaker or window, and told me to pull forward and wait.

When my food was brought out, it was the wrong order. I went inside to have it corrected, while several employees saw me at the counter and did not acknowledge me. When I was finally helped, I was directed back to the same employee, who appeared frustrated by the mistake and responded rudely before getting and handing me my order.

Even then, my order was still missing items. At that point, I chose not to return again.

While the food is usually fine, this experience felt unwelcoming and poorly handled from start to finish. The lack of courtesy and repeated order issues are not what I would expect from Wendy’s or even a fast-food restaurant.

Go on a random Thursday and you can be surprised by almost losing teeth on twice fried French fries that are burnt and hard as rocks. Best part is you get to wait for 20 minutes at the drive through to be served those delicacies.

The customer service was poor on this occasion. While ordering through the drive thru, a Caucasian woman with red lipstick was not friendly AT ALL. I frequently this one occasionally and won't return. I hate bad customer service. And the food was fresh, so that overshadowed my experience.

It took forever for someone to take my order. It seems they were concerned about the drive thru not the lobby. When she came to take my order she couldn't answer any questions. She directed me to plastic cards on the counter because 80% of the menu was not posted on the menu board. The worst salad ever. Chicken must have microwaved for 2 minutes. I couldn't stab it with the plastic fork. Apples were brown and mushy. Lettuce was on the verge. I would have returned but we were on I-95 by then. I dumped the entire salad at our next stop. There were only 3 other people in the store. The restaurant was clean and new looking. 145 Garrison Road Stafford VA

It is now approximately 8 AM in the morning and there are no employees to take customer orders and I’ve waited for almost 5 minutes.

One of the most poorly managed Wendy’s I’ve even been in. Came in and there were very few people the dining area and a full staff behind the counter, with a few people standing around doing very little. Despite this, it took 20 minutes to get our food. Ketchup was out. Over half the drinks were out. Just a mess overall.

Absolutely rude staff, orders always wrong, will tell you they dont make things right on the menu, have had to wait over a half hour for a melted frosty left on the counter while they repeatedly tell me it isn't ready

$150 for 5 meals/combos, food delivered 2 hour later and no fries with any of the orders.

There, thats how messed up this franchise is. No wonder reviews are what they are, this is and will be my only order from this place. I have the receipt and what I paid for proof, I am taking this to up to head quarters by tomorrow, simply ridiculous.

Best customer service I've had in a long time. Cheeseburgers were fresh, tomatoes and lettuce were on point. Night shift manager was some ethnic (Indian, middle eastern) guy, it appears he's doing a fantastic job with his employees. Thank you guys and gals.
