Worst experience I ever had and I actually liked go to this location. I Made an estimated time to go order for 15 wings , I opened my container and was only given 7 wings. I drove back to the store showed the cashier my order and the container . She looked and showed the cooks my order and they made me a fresh order of wings . Before I left the store I checked the order they managed to get my order wrong after looking at my ticket. I wanted a refund at this point . I was told that I could not get a refund since they made me the correct wings,
and instead I could get another fresh order. I had to explain to the cashier I did not receive the correct order and show her a picture of the first order that I originally wanted that they messed up. Mind you the cooks were staring at me like I was the problem!? The cashier called her manager and I was told by the manager she had to speak to the owner in order for me to receive a refund and to leave my order number /contact information. No one ever called me I had to reach out to wing-stop hq in order to get a refund. It took this store a whole month just to give me a refund.🤦🏽♀️

They make the driver to pour the drinks for the customer which is not driver’s responsibility while the employee on the counter has nothing to do

Super nice, kind, and considerate cashier who’s very understanding. She made sure my mom and I were happy with our order before we even got it. She single handedly made the atmosphere amazing.

I ordered delivery through their website. The driver only delivered one out of three meals. When I called for help, the employee stated she couldn't provide a refund or deliver the rest of the order. She said she'd have the manager call the next day to process a refund. The manager never called and they didn't answer my calls when I tried calling them. I would not recommend the delivery option to anyone. Pick up the order in person.

I visited Stafford wingstop today with my daughter and the food and service was excellent! We went one other time for takeout because we were in a rush but today we sat down and just took out time and ate and the atmosphere was very chill and nice . Will definitely be coming again and will recommend to friends!

I received an incorrect order through the Wingstop app. I contacted the store, and although the employee was helpful, she couldn’t resolve the issue without her manager. I then reached out to Wingstop customer support, who directed me to DoorDash. DoorDash attempted to call the Wingstop location twice, but both calls disconnected. DoorDash ultimately issued a refund, but since the order was placed through the Wingstop app, they advised that Wingstop would need to process it.
I called the Wingstop store again, merged the call with DoorDash, and had both representatives speak directly. That’s a lot of hoops to jump through just to fix a wrong order that was never resolved. I understand mistakes happen, but I hope the process for resolving them can be quicker and more streamlined in the future.
