WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Factory burger is a solid monster, I loved it. The cheesesteak is a favorite that I highly recommend. I got all the hot flavor wings. The wings are good quality and the wet sauces are all good. I love ultra hot. The scorpion sauce is very hot, but not ultra hot. I strongly recommend it in cheesesteaks or burgers.

Had the bacon cheeseburger for lunch today. It was ok, but not great. Instead of the 1/4 lb here, you can get a 1/2 lb bacon cheeseburger smashers at Chili's for the same price. WNB needs to step up.

Don’t understand how you have a business that says it closes at 9 but can’t take anymore orders 20 minutes before closing. If closes at 9 u should still serve at least till 5 minutes before closing.im outside as I’m writing this and is closed at least 5 minutes before it should really be closed which is at9.

By fare the worst food in the nation wings chewy like bubble gum and cheese steak has no flavor you only taste the cheese bread wasn’t toasted I for surely recommend no one to ever come here

Food was great and hot! Very tasty and will come back again soon for the burgers my family and I enjoyed. However my server brooke had a horrible attitude and kept making rude comments. She was blatantly cursing in front of my 9 year old.. She then proceeded to sit down and stare at her phone. How do these kinds of people have a job! The other male there was very respectful and apologized for the behavior. Other than that, food is awesome!

We come here often, and I’ve asked several times can I pay for all flat wings. I was told that they can’t do that. However, I ordered 12 wings today and they gave me all drumsticks. Now which one is it? You can’t do all flats, but you can do all drumsticks? When I called to ask if they ran out of flats, I was told that is how they picked them up. I was very disappointed in the response, not to mention that it wasn’t busy and I had to wait extra time for my order that was called in.

I would like to share with you several of our great experiences. The environment is detailed and very clean. The cashier and staff are polite and friendly. The prices are reasonable, considering the freshness and quality of the meat. They even offer hand-cut fries with a variety of delicious sauces. The atmosphere is excellent, with a large dining area and separate, clean restrooms. It’s ideal for those with discerning tastes and travelers passing through on Highway 95 to stop by and enjoy the fresh and tasty food in a calm environment. It’s definitely fresher and tastier than Wingstop or McDonald’s, at the same price. I highly recommend it – you won’t be disappointed!

Very bad service. The cashier was very rude and offensive. He started with asking me about my accident and where I am from! I told him that I’m from Palestine. I waited for my order for 15 minutes. When I got back home I discovered that I have a missing item! And I had to go back to reorder it for my kid.
It’s terrible how one person can be uneducated and ignorant can find a job easily.
