WNB Factory - Wings & Burger

Food was great and hot! Very tasty and will come back again soon for the burgers my family and I enjoyed. However my server brooke had a horrible attitude and kept making rude comments. She was blatantly cursing in front of my 9 year old.. She then proceeded to sit down and stare at her phone. How do these kinds of people have a job! The other male there was very respectful and apologized for the behavior. Other than that, food is awesome!

We come here often, and I’ve asked several times can I pay for all flat wings. I was told that they can’t do that. However, I ordered 12 wings today and they gave me all drumsticks. Now which one is it? You can’t do all flats, but you can do all drumsticks? When I called to ask if they ran out of flats, I was told that is how they picked them up. I was very disappointed in the response, not to mention that it wasn’t busy and I had to wait extra time for my order that was called in.

I would like to share with you several of our great experiences. The environment is detailed and very clean. The cashier and staff are polite and friendly. The prices are reasonable, considering the freshness and quality of the meat. They even offer hand-cut fries with a variety of delicious sauces. The atmosphere is excellent, with a large dining area and separate, clean restrooms. It’s ideal for those with discerning tastes and travelers passing through on Highway 95 to stop by and enjoy the fresh and tasty food in a calm environment. It’s definitely fresher and tastier than Wingstop or McDonald’s, at the same price. I highly recommend it – you won’t be disappointed!

Good wings. Service could be a bit better. Never get a greeting or even asked what I want, just stares. Nonetheless, it's fast and convenient.

Very bad service. The cashier was very rude and offensive. He started with asking me about my accident and where I am from! I told him that I’m from Palestine. I waited for my order for 15 minutes. When I got back home I discovered that I have a missing item! And I had to go back to reorder it for my kid.
It’s terrible how one person can be uneducated and ignorant can find a job easily.

Food combination is a little out there, but the burgers are great. I had a blue cheese burger and it was well worth the price. My wife loved it. We got sweet potato fries and union rings and a beef egg roll. The onion rings are huge. Beef egg roll was "meh". I'm all for experimenting but some things just don't go together. Overall, WNB is a winner and we will definitely be coming back.

I ordered a couple chicken sandwiches last night on Uber eats. It was about 8:00 and I didn't realize it but this was very close to closing time. I'm sorry about that, but I had a long day at work and just really didn't feel like cooking.

They had a BOGO deal on a chicken sandwich so I ordered two, one with fries and one with onion rings(these sides were an additional cost). When my order showed up all I got was two chicken sandwiches. They tasted good, but one sandwich had some pretty rubbery chicken in it. Unfortunately I've been glued to the toilet and vomiting since about 2am. I'm certain my lunch didn't cause this.

I wish you guys just called me and let me know you were about to close and would be unable to fulfill the order instead of shorting me on 7$ worth of sides and giving me food poisoning.
