Factory burger is a solid monster, I loved it. The cheesesteak is a favorite that I highly recommend. I got all the hot flavor wings. The wings are good quality and the wet sauces are all good. I love ultra hot. The scorpion sauce is very hot, but not ultra hot. I strongly recommend it in cheesesteaks or burgers.
Food was great and hot! Very tasty and will come back again soon for the burgers my family and I enjoyed. However my server brooke had a horrible attitude and kept making rude comments. She was blatantly cursing in front of my 9 year old.. She then proceeded to sit down and stare at her phone. How do these kinds of people have a job! The other male there was very respectful and apologized for the behavior. Other than that, food is awesome!
We come here often, and I’ve asked several times can I pay for all flat wings. I was told that they can’t do that. However, I ordered 12 wings today and they gave me all drumsticks. Now which one is it? You can’t do all flats, but you can do all drumsticks? When I called to ask if they ran out of flats, I was told that is how they picked them up. I was very disappointed in the response, not to mention that it wasn’t busy and I had to wait extra time for my order that was...
