Wow! I was delighted to visit The Coffee Shop prior to my hair appointment! The mocha I had was wonderful, and the sandwich tasted delicious. The place is just so welcoming and clean! The staff is so kind, and I will be back again soon! If you are in Stanley, I highly recommend stopping by here for tea or coffee! Hidden gem!

The Coffeehouse is a warm & inviting place to share a conversation, pastry, & maybe a prayer. Lisa & her staff are genuinely kind & compassionate. They make the guests feel welcomed & valued. You can sit in a comfy chair & talk or eat at a table. The atmosphere is very relaxed. They serve fresh baked items. You can follow the Coffee Shop on Facebook to see what they have available each day. Everything I've had has been delicious & I highly recommend The Coffee Shop.
Parking: The Coffeehouse has a decent size parking lot with free parking.
Kid-friendliness: The Coffeehouse has several items kids love, like hot chocolate & cake pops. They also have a corner set up for kids with books & some toys.
Wheelchair accessibility: The Coffeehouse is up to code on wheelchair requirements. The doors are wide & accommodating. The tables are spaced very nicely.

This is incredibly disappointing because we were excited to find and try out a new local coffee shop as we would likely be visiting often. However, we stood at the front counter with a cake pop in hand and we were ignored for a few minutes while the staff behind the counter chit chatted with each other. Meanwhile another family walked in and was immediately acknowledged and asked what they wanted. Even after putting the cake pop back and leaving the counter, we still were never acknowledged. This was our first visit to this coffee shop and definitely will be our last. With 3+ people working behind the counter there is no excuse for this type of poor service.
