Food is fantastic. Staff is nice. They make meals from scratch. Due to the heavy customization, mistakes on orders have happened to me a few times.

This is MUST EAT. So delicious and filling. I felt courageous on my first visit and decided to curate my own bowl (w/ the help of staff) They did a great job of guiding me through all my decision making, lol & the Chef was even able to answer some questions for me! This is such a fresh take for downtown and really breaks up the soup & sandwich routine for lunch!

First time eating here-will definitely be back! Great fresh food and no trouble ordering gluten free bowl!

My husband and I were craving poke bowls and we had no idea there was a place in Staunton! I'm SO glad I found this place, because their food is delicious. We created our own online for pick-up and both were fantastic. The service was also amazing - quick, pandemic-safe, and friendly. They saw that my husband was in his work scrubs and their kindness made his day! We'll definitely be going back for more!

Great food and amazing service that's perfectly adapted to the times. 2020 had been rough on...well, everything, not the least of which was good food. Like poke bowls. After the urge grew too strong, my wife and I tried out The 101 and were NOT disappointed! The fish was fresh, there were many ways to customize the order, we could make our own bowls or choose premade bowls we could add things too, and the portions were enormous. Not only that, as a medical worker, I got some sincere thanks and kindness from the staff, which made my day.

After eating nothing but frozen dinners for about a year as a pandemic scarred medical worker, my wife and I traveled out into the outside world for poke bowls. The food was great--fresh, easy menu of premade and custom bowls, huge portions, and everything was delicious. I was extra struck by the kindness of the staff. When they noticed my hospital scrubs, they were extra nice and gave me some very heartfelt thanks. You all really made our day!

The food here is so yummy and the folks who run the place are super nice. I ordered the house tuna poke bowl. Yum yum yum! Highly recommend it!

101 West bev is top notch. They extremely knowledgeable about food allergies and go the extra mile to make sure there is never any contamination. The food is excellent and the specials are incredible. The staff is very friendly.

My wife and I were honestly not impressed. We got two bowls from the menu and they were pretty bland, expected more based on the price.
