Felt uncomfortable and unwelcomed.
We had a wonderful time at Accordia. Everything was top-notch, and Angela was an absolute gem. She and her team have created such a welcoming atmosphere. We sampled local and European wines and beer, and enjoyed organic seasonal food. I wish we lived closer, this would definitely be a weekly stop for us.
The owners are wonderful and truly love what they do. The food was delicious, especially the soup, and we had great wine and cider all night. Definitely coming back next time we are in town!
Very knowledgeable German lady who loves her job. There's nothing in her shop she doesn't like to eat or drink. Everything's from scratch. This place can't be beat!
A little slice of wine heaven, in the most perfect setting in a little town! Accordia is a small wine and tapas bar nestled in the heart of Staunton. The owner is the sommelier and is very friendly and will help you pair the drink with the food! They have a variety of tapas as well as other items like sandwiches. If you have ever been to a small tapas bar in Spain or Italy, this play may bring nostalgia! great selection of wines, mostly imported from the best corners of wine country (globally). She paired my wine with my tapas so well I ended buying the bottles. I’ll be back!
This is the kind of place that makes you fall in love with a town and want to stay there. The owners did a guided wine tour, and it was fantastic. I tried wines I usually wouldn’t go to myself. The food was incredible - farm-fresh and made to order. You can tell they really put their heart and soul into everything they do. By 6 pm, it was filled to capacity, and the majority of the people knew the owners. If it’s the locals spot- you know it’s good. I will be going every time I’m in town.
Fabulous food, wine, cider and service! The owners are lovely!
Great wine flight, great service
I picked Accordia because of the “European vibe” and my love for cheese. But Angela and Rob made me feel I WAS in Europe. Their hospitality, sense of humor, knowledge about food made a monday dinner a very special experience. Plus one star for speaking Polish! Will definitely be back 🥟
Food was great, I tried the chakalaka which was delicious and just the right portion size as I wasn’t super hungry. I definitely want to go back another time to enjoy their wine.
Met the owner briefly she seemed lovely. The waitress I had wasn’t overly aware (no napkin or cutlery provided) or friendly so that was my only disappointment.

Wide selection of wines. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Really good food that pairs well with their wines. My husband also enjoyed the beer selection.
One of the true gems of the region and a delight of a destination. I look forward to my each visit, and Angela and staff are a treasure. Incredible and unusual curated selection of wines and foods, and a full experience of learning, discovery, and enjoyment. My partner and I do the regular wine tasting events and signed up for the wine club as well. Perfect place for gifts and lifting the spirits. We are fortunate to have Accordia in our community! Looking forward to next visit. A+
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They made good recommendations and we throughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend this wine bar for a couple or a group of friends!
Nice find, quaint and quiet. Large selection of wine, and ciders. Local farmer’s market items on menu. .
A thoughtfully designed, exceptional establishment.
