I've always loved Applebee's food and atmosphere but today I was greeted by a wonderful server named Brandon. You can't miss him as he is over 6 ft tall. He was kind and courteous. Got our order correct and even checked to make sure our steak was cooked correctly. If you go to this Applebee's ask for Brandon and give him a big tip.
Overpriced average food
The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. We were a party of 6, 2 adults & 4 kids. Jett was our server and he made sure our drinks were always full, our dirty dishes were promptly removed, and all our needs were met. He made our dining experience perfect, much appreciated!

Our server, Brandon, was so engaging and fun. He did an amazing job. Food was good, drink was yummy!
It's been a few years last time we stopped at Applebee's . But they made the burger like I liked MR. Wife like the fish and chips. Server was attentive.
Waiter was fine The restaurant wasn't busy.
Kitchen held back our meal waiting for french fries?? And everything but the fries was cold. Can't understand how they could bungle the order so badly.
Won't be eating there again.

Have always liked Applebee's
Service was very good, and food was exceptionally good as well. We had attended the theater and ended up at Applebee's for a late dinner. We had riblets, and the bourbon chicken and shrimp. All was good and I also had the white peach sangria which was so tasty and refreshing! We will definitely go back when we visit Staunton again.
The service has been friendly, accurate and expedient on every occasion I have visited! They also have some excellent happy hour deals, especially after 9pm. So much better than Chili's!
Waitress was impatient always asking for payment, not letting people enjoy their meal. Also, the place was very noise. Will not return. The meal was fine.
