Literally the best service I’ve ever had from the sweet server named Heather! I highly recommend sitting in her section! I even have to compliment the cook who made my steak, I think his name was Quan! CHEFS KISS! An amazing experience all the way around!

Had a great time Heather made me feel very welcome and understood will definitely be returning!!!!!!

We had to drive to Applebee's because waffle house really dropped the ball and let us sit for 30 minutes without even making eye contact or saying hello. They weren't even busy. Applebee's was the exact opposite. It was just what you would expect. We were greeted and seated promptly. Were able to place orders right away, and get our food and eat before they closed. All of this happened in 30 minutes, which is the same amount of time we sat at waffle house with not even so much as a hello. Would highly recommend this location. They were busier that waffle house with the same amount of staff and still got the job down. There were some loud bar flys buzzing around but that's to be expected at closing time. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Delaney was a great server offering recommendations since we weren't sure what we wanted. Everything was great. The only issue we had was the wine selection was limited.

Me and my family took a trip to VA and one of our last days we decided to come here our waiter was sooo nice to us it was such a great experience she kept coming back to check up on us and made sure our food was good!!

Service was friendly, food was typical Applebee's. But the menus were old, ragged and taped up, and one of the menus was missing a page. The carpet was old and needed refreshing, and the bathroom was kind of yuck. It's right off the highway, easy for traveling, but maybe try someplace else.

I've always loved Applebee's food and atmosphere but today I was greeted by a wonderful server named Brandon. You can't miss him as he is over 6 ft tall. He was kind and courteous. Got our order correct and even checked to make sure our steak was cooked correctly. If you go to this Applebee's ask for Brandon and give him a big tip.

Overpriced average food

The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. We were a party of 6, 2 adults & 4 kids. Jett was our server and he made sure our drinks were always full, our dirty dishes were promptly removed, and all our needs were met. He made our dining experience perfect, much appreciated!

It's been a few years last time we stopped at Applebee's . But they made the burger like I liked MR. Wife like the fish and chips. Server was attentive.
