Update December 4/2024 my stepdad has cancer after his treatment he and was craving roast beef I decided to get it for him I ordered food for the whole family the young man at the window seemed to be in his own world and didn't care how he took the order we got some of the order correct but some stuff was missing and what made it worse was we waited for over 30mins to get fresh hot food when the young man brought it out I thanked him told him have a nice day but he just basically tossed the food at me through the window and walked inside I usually check everything but my dad wasn't feeling well and was in misery so imagine the frustration of getting home with only half the order the food use to be decent here but recently the employees can't seem to be bothered to get you your complete order and if you do get it you never know what you're going to get it may be a part of your order or someone else's not to mention the attitude you receive after bringing the issue to their attention

Was waiting on my online order, saw the cook break a piece of chicken off of a sandwich he was preparing for a customer and eat a piece of it using his un glovehand to pick off. And was only wearing one glove. Sent chicken sandwich out to customer. I told Manager on duty.

I ordered a family pack and only got half of my food, i had a coupon that said “Family pack for $15” it was supposed to have 2 classic roast beefs or roast n cheddar with 4 curly fries and 4 chicken nuggets as well as mozzarella sticks/jalapeño bites but i only got the sandwiches curly fries and half the promised nuggets. When I gave them the coupon they took 10+ minutes to process it and in the end ended up charging me $18.66 when it should have been $15-16 dollars, not only did i not get all my food but the food that i got was cold and stale. Horrible experience never visiting again.
My tomatoes were white. .. obviously should have never been prepped nor put on the sandwich. I got a buffalo chicken slider with little to no buffalo sauce. And my Greek gyro had about four pieces of meat along with the white tomatoes on it. The lady running the drive-thru was very personable and did a very good job. And though I do understand drive-thru is fast paced ..... fast paced does not equal poor food quality.
