I use to enjoy coming here but not anymore. This location is very inconsistent. I waited in the drive thru for nearly 10 minutes to get a dried up gristly beef and cheddar sandwich that I asked to leave the red sauce of and they didn’t. They also didn’t put my horsey sauce in the bag or my marinara for my cold mozzarella sticks. All this and the conversation the employees were having was inappropriate for a work place and the “mgr on duty” was rude and not interested in fixing my order. Very disappointing!!!!

This place is a hole. What happened?? They used to be nice and clean. And now it’s dirty and gross and the people don’t care. The manager doesn’t seem to care when I brought it to his attention. Someone said they have rats in the building?? Wake up Arbys! Get it together it’s not that hard. What happened to the young guy running the place?

I went the the drive thru at 9 pm..I got the classic fish with crinkle cut fries.I was so disappointed. The fish was so tough that I couldn't even eat it. And you could tell the fries were old.It's ashame, that if you go thru the drive thru, you get the old food that's been sitting there a while because they think there's a less chance of you coming back to get fresher food.

Spent $40 on frozen fries, cold hard mozzarella cheese sticks, I wasn't able to use the app. I'm not even going to spend 30 minutes using there complaint department. I wasted an hour a few months ago trying to get reimbursed for an online order when they ran out of Roast Beef. SMH. I guess it's over between us. ?

Don't come here if you are looking for any kind of customer service and especially if you are looking for a quick meal. More people leaning and chit chatting then working. Young punk with what seemed to be an absolute hate for his job working the front counter had nothing but turtle speed and an unwillingness to actually help/serve a customer. Multiple tables were left dirty, receipt printer was supposedly not working (but worked fine for others). Wont be back again.

They tried. I never got my food, wasn't offered a refund. It was going to be an extended wait for part of my order. I told them they could keep the 2 dollars instead of waiting 7 minutes. Lots of disorganization and scurrying around, not much of it seemed productive.

I love Arby’s so this makes me sad.Arby’s October 17, 2023 Staunton VirginiaEmploy Hayley, Hailey, HaileeI was sitting there, waiting for my order when a lady who is clearly a stroke victim asked if there was catchup available. The employee at the counter who said her name was Haley spoke with a tone of derision when she couldn’t understand the old lady who had a stroke and asked, “what did you say? I thought I would help the old lady and told Haley that the lady was trying to say you were out of ketchup and Haley said, “so what, we will get to it when we can.” I picked up my order and on the way out maybe suggested to Halley not to act so rudely to an old person who had a stroke and Haley must be having a bad day at work because she reacted even more poorly to my criticism of her behavior as an employee of Arby’s. Fricking shameful and unworthy of a bell ringing.QR code didn’t even work to give a review through Arby’s.
