There's items on the menu listed in the store that they don't carry. The people working were rather rude and had an attitude. Their waffle cones are stale. Do yourself a favor and just go to one of the many mom and pop ice cream shops around.

I went inside and ordered a milkshake. For starters, had to wait 10 minutes before the staff even acknowledged us. The girl making my milkshake filled it 3/4 way, and instead of adding more milk or ice cream to fill it up she added SINK WATER to the blender, swished it around, and then put it in my milkshake. Right in front of me. I’d hate to see what the staff does when no one is watching… $6 for a milkshake with sink water in it. Pure laziness and carelessness

So I've been driving to work through this area for over 12 years. I stop here frequently primarily for Dunkin donuts side of things, which is normally great. HOWEVER, every single time I've tried to get Baskin Robbins ANYTHING, it's a horrible experience. They rarely have anything on the menu, other than a few ice cream flavors. They always have the "seasonal" flavor poster hanging up, but each and every single time I've tried to order it, they NEVER, EVER, NOT EVEN ONCE have it. If you don't participate in the chain options, then fine. But have a menu that reflects WHAT YOU ACTUALLY SERVE!!!! Don't have the seasonal flavor? Don't put the sign up!! If you have it then run out, take it down!! If you want donuts or coffee, this is the place. If you want Baskin Robbins ice cream, skip it and get something local where they care how customers feel.

Great ce cream, terrible customer service. The person ahead of me left because she was being ignored. I tried to call from inside the store to ask someone to come to the register. I could hear the phone ringing. They hung up without answering. When I finally got someone’s attention and told her the person before me left because she was being ignored, she just laughed and ignored the comment. Other than the person who left, I was the only one in the store. There were four employees on duty. Two of them walked by me standing at the register and said not one word to me, just kept walking. I’m not sure I’ve ever experienced this level of rudeness from so many employees at the same time.

The ice cream tasted great but the customer service was awful. The lady that has big eyes had a serious attitude. I came in to order ice cream and she said, “none of the ingredients are available so it’s best to just cancel the order and leave”. I guess some people don’t want to help out their customer so I took her advice and I’ll never come back again.
I ordered a milkshake and it had a very liquidy consistency unlike a normal milkshake's consistency, also the person at the front desk seemed a bit confused so another coworker had to teach her how to use the machine, overall it's a great combination of two companies though

So paying customers ( buying ice cream) Have to pay $1 for a cup of ice water??? The cost of the cup they say. Are you kidding me? As a manager who has done cost of inventory I know better. Bad customer relations. Forget that you can keep your cup of water.

Sundae was ordered and they had no actual hot fudge or wet nuts available two very key ingredients for a Sunday They had both warming units for the caramel and the hot fudge both clean and unused instead they used a bottle of Hershey syrup ... had we been informed prior to the order that there was no hot fudge or wet nuts we would have not ordered the sundae.... very disappointed
Ordered 2 Sunday’s and a kids scoop in drive through. The guy at the window verified order and took payment- handed me the kids ice cream and asked us to pull forward he would bring our other 2 Sunday’s out. 25 minutes later this girl came out and asked what we ordered. I went inside for a refund- at this point we just wanted to go home.I expected to see the guy who took our order ans the girl who came out based on how slow everything was going. Nope… there were at least 5 people in there. Unfortunately, the guy who took our order (also identified as the manager) seemed to be the only one who knew how to ti anything. Everyone else was just standing there chatting with their hands in their pockets.I should have just gone to Split Banana, the drive and walk would have been less than the 25 we spent in drive through and try icecream is better with more choices.
I came here with my kids. I didn’t want ice cream so I ordered a root beer float. They told me they don’t make that there even though it was right there on the menu. I chose 2 other things all which they were unable to make. Just wasted my time. If you are getting straight out ice cream fine but beware if it is something else on the menu.

Love me some 31 flavors! Brings back the nostalgia of childhood. Combined with a Dunkin' DONUTS, cannot go wrong!!!
