Honestly four stars. A solid four stars. I was dying for fried chicken and had never had Bojangles before so this was an adventure. I loved it all. The chicken: juicy, flavorful, perfect. The coleslaw: I hate coleslaw but the AI asked me about sides and I panicked but honestly I really enjoyed it. A little too sweet but still good! The mac n cheese: soft, cheesy, creamy, hot, excellent. The biscuit was bomb too. The ONLY thing that threw me off was the AI order taker thing which stays on even when they are closed.

My husband ordered dirty rice and before we paid for our food, we ask 2 different employees what kind of meat was in the dirty rice. The first employee didnt even know what I was asking so she got another employee and he said it was hamburger meat. I said as long as its not pork and you're sure its not pork,right?? Again he says no its not pork. My husband is Muslim so its very important that we make sure!! I found out that it IS in fact pork!!! I called the store back and all the manager said was he was sorry that happened. Come on now!!! If you as an employee dont know, then just say so or find someone who does!!! We obviously asked for a reason!!! Do better!! Ive never ate at a bojangles before and NEVER will again!!!! Highly disappointed and now my husband has to cleanse the foul meat from his body!!!

It's 50/50 whether your biscuit will or Cajun filet will be dry. It's 80/20 whether the fries will be stale or fresh and they're salty as hell in both scenarios.

Hated the AI ordering system with a broken screen and no chance to review the order. The window attendants were checked out and just stared at me when I asked if they could confirm the order. Walked away when I asked for condiments and just stared at me sitting there at the closed window.
Not the bojangles experience I remember.

Ordered a combo of the 3 piece chicken with Cole slaw and dirty rice. I received chicken tenders and only dirty rice. I went back through to let them know and the manager Alicia was very rude about it. She told me it was the way I ordered it and i didn’t order correctly. I told her I specifically said the order number and it asked me what two sides i wanted. They remade it and I asked her if the dirty rice and Cole slaw was in the box and she said yes. I didn’t think to check it and when we got home we only had three pieces of chicken and dirty rice. There was no Cole slaw and no biscuit. Then the four piece tender we ordered only had three tenders. I understand mistakes happen but to tell me it’s my fault when y’all messed up is insane to me. Also, why are real people not taking orders so mistakes don’t happen.

They're chicken is way better than popeye's.I think and when I tell everybody about them and take them there for a sausage, biscuit and stuff.They are truly amazed at how good the food is

Yall really need to start cooking your Bo'rounds a little longer! This is the second time I have gotten them and they were soft on the outside and still cold on the inside! UPDATE: Gave it some time and went back , this store service sucks. Can't even get the orders right with a damn computer taking the order in drive thru. Do yall even read the receipts to know what the orders is or just throw stuff in a box and hand it out???!!!! French fries are like limp noodles and soggy, chicken stripe are as had as concrete, wrong sauce with chicken tenders. Can these employees even read or know what fresh food is??? Also both drinks are flat!!!!! Unacceptable food and service!
