It’s great if you go during meal times but don’t go after like 8pm—everything is made really sloppy and half of the time the buns are really soggy?? I don’t know what’s up with that. And the late night staff is super rude and don’t want to be there. Burger King, please pay better wages so you can hire some people who actually care!

This was my first time eating at this Burger King. I ordered online. I was told to go thru the Drive Thru Window. I showed up on my eScooter, and told them I had an order to pick up. I asked was it mobile...and I told them it was.Before I left the house, I made sure that a copy of my order had gone to my email, just in case I was asked for it. I wasn't. I thought about them not asking for proof, but then again... You have to be really hungry to take someone's order, and also to know that they had ordered something and get there before then. Too much work, right?My order was made until I got there, and that's 10++ in my book. An 8 minute ride back home and my sandwiches were still hot, fries and onion rings also. Both sandwiches were wrapped perfectly, right! The way they should be.Both meals which were made for two, but only for me, turned into 4 meals. That's what I like in a single sandwich. Big enough to stuff you, but also large enough to make two meals out of one.The restaurant was clean, no odors... It wasn't that hot of a day, so the AC was comfortable. I could see myself sitting and eating my meal here if I wanted to get out of the house for a while. I was very pleased with my order.

I'm stuck sitting in drive threw for 20 min cars behind an in front does any even work here.... Update I ended up leaving. this place is literally the worst place in Staunton an that's sayin

The service is rude...the chics in the drive thru obviously don't want to be there. The burgers are made sloppy and wrong...but they mark it right on the wrapper...I have pictures....The crew stands around gossiping about people instead of finding something productive to do...which this causes for a unliked atmosphere...why would I want to be in there if the employees act like they don't want to be there? OH AND LETS NOT FORGET.... VAPING IN THE STORE,, ON THE LINE... AND YOUR SO CALLED "MANAGER" TELLS THE EMPLOYEES THAT THEY SHOULD QUIT! ARENT Managers suppose to be role models? Lifting up the crew, making an impact in their lives?This store is a disgrace! I will not be spending my money here again.

the mozzarella sticks are not worth eating if they're not fresh. never had a problem until today i worked fast food for 5 years and gave the worst customers better service than what i was given today
